always been the key issue of national and social concern.To solve the "three rural problems" at the same time,rural countries actively promote the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating,currently rural revitalization needs people enough strength to support,especially in the remote western region urgently needs a large number of high-quality talent to promote the development of the local,but as a result of rural public service and the backward infrastructure construction,and so to attract college students is not strong.In order to solve this contradiction,the state strongly supports and encourages college graduates to work in urban and rural communities,which can not only reduce the employment pressure of college students,but also promote the economic development of rural areas and create more jobs for rural areas.From the macro point of view,the employment of college students at grassroots level can also narrow the development gap between urban and rural areas and regions in China.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly given important instructions on the employment of college graduates in Tibet in his important discussions on governing Border areas and stabilizing Tibet,which has provided fundamental guidance for the employment of college graduates in Tibet.Promoting the full employment of College students in Tibet is an important measure to fully implement the Party’s strategy of governing Tibet in the new era and to build a united,prosperous,civilized,harmonious,and beautiful modern socialist New Tibet.The Tibet autonomous region in recent years,enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,a large number of independent career ahead of college graduates will increase the difficulty of employment to the government’s so grass-roots employment related situation of Tibetan college students study,analysis the influence factors of behind,and put forward reasonable Suggestions,have important practical and theoretical significance.This paper aims at solving the contradiction between the lack of grassroots talents in Tibet Autonomous Region and the difficulty of employment of College students in Tibet.On the basis of summarizing previous studies,this paper analyzes the relevant experience of grassroots employment of college students,and adopts the human capital theory,social capital theory and binary labor market segmentation theory for analysis.Based on the research results in the literature and the three major theoretical basis,take into account the reality of the Tibet autonomous region characteristic,the factors that affect Tibetan college students’ employment at the grass-roots level model was constructed,the model will be grass-roots employment factors summed up in human capital,social capital,government policy,employment service four major influence factors,and then put forward a series of reasonable assumptions.Based on this,this paper designed the corresponding questionnaire,conducted a questionnaire survey on 192 college students in Xizang University,and finally obtained 189 valid questionnaires.For the collected data,descriptive analysis in this paper,in addition to the validity and reliability test,and use the methods such as factor loading matrix extracted nine common factor,according to its category,named after,has carried on the correlation analysis,this study confirmed that four major influence factors and the positive correlation of grass-roots employment,to verify the above hypothesis is put forward.Finally,this paper carries on the linear regression of the nine influencing factors,and sorts them according to the degree of influence,and explains the practical significance of each influencing factor in detail.Based on the empirical analysis conclusions of this study,combined with previous research literature,this paper puts forward policy suggestions from the perspective of the three most critical subjects:government,universities and grassroots units.The government is the main body of responsibility in the grassroots employment work,so it should play a top-down guiding role.Colleges and universities should respond to government policies and connect with grassroots units.The grassroots unit is the last station of grassroots employment,we should implement government policies and maintain good communication channels with colleges and universities.Specific suggestions are as follows: First,the government should design grassroots employment policies from top to bottom.First,it should unswervingly play the leading role of the government in employment work and give full play to the role of policy guidance.Second,we should formulate preferential policies and increase the publicity of policies.Secondly,colleges and universities should take the initiative to reform.First,they should actively publicize employment policies and provide employment information services.Second,to speed up curriculum reform,for grassroots talent.Finally,grass-roots units to implement policies to strengthen training,one is to strictly implement preferential policies for grass-roots services;Second,strengthen training and establish an effective talent development mechanism.
