Analysis Of The Rural Employment Willingness And Influencing Factors Of The Students Of Leshan Normal University

In order to build a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020,the government is working hard to solve the problem of unbalanced development,and the focus is to help the grass-roots people in rural areas to get rid of poverty.Under this background,the Chinese countryside needs a large number of young students with knowledge,culture and skills to support the construction.Along with the increasing number of college students,the number of graduation students are increasing each year,a large number of university graduates face employment pressure,difficulties in employment and students unwilling to work in rural become a stark contrast.The rural employment for college students can not only relieve the pressure of social employment,but also provide excellent talents for rural construction.In view of the contradiction between the rural grassroots construction and the difficulty of College Students’ employment,this paper studies the employment of rural students in the Leshan Normal University under the guidance of employment choice,labor market and human capital theory.Based on a questionnaire survey of college students’ willingness to work in rural areas,we find out their intention to work in rural areas.According to the survey results,we focus on analyzing their own factors,school factors,family factors and social factors that affect their employment in rural areas.On this basis,the countermeasures to promote college students’ employment in rural areas are put forward: strengthening policy publicize,strengthening school education,enhancing employment strength and optimizing social environment.It should be pay attention to the policy advocacy for improve college students’ awareness of rural grass-roots employment rate,the degree of understanding;the higher education level to achieve the transformation of scientific development,focusing on the innovation of education and professional adjustment,from the target on the efforts of university’s orientation and talent training;optimizing the social environment to help promoting the development of talents reasonable flow mechanism,striving to create a good environment for the students of rural grass-roots employment;in the aspect of enhancing personal employment strength,we should cultivate the students’ ability to adapt to the rural grass-roots employment environment,and strengthen the comprehensive strength of rural grassroots employment.
