According to the theory of Western economics,in the control of other variables,the price and demand inversely changed.The employment market supply of college students is greater than the demand,the imbalance between supply and demand will also lead to the reduction of college students pay.that is,the initial employment of college students to reduce wages.From the theory of supply and demand of economics,the increase in supply will inevitably lead to a decline in pay,the decline in pay will inevitably lead to increased demand.Therefore,college students in the campus on the post-employment expectations and high salary in the real low this formed a contradiction,resulting in psychological imbalance of college students,thereby increasing the search cost of work,the formation of voluntary unemployment,which the annual statistics show the initial employment of college students The rate is very low,forming a social consensus employment difficult.Based on the current situation of college students 'employment,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of college students' employment at the grassroots level based on western employment theory,search theory and human capital theory.Under the guidance of the employment guidance department,the questionnaire survey was conducted on the current employment intention of the college students of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.Then,according to the questionnaire setting,the college students' primary employment was selected as the research target,and the main effect of the factor analysis and regression model on the primary employment of college students Factor analysis,from the model can be seen,the political outlook,intention to pay,professional employment intentions,internship experience on the impact of employment,graduation plan and whether to accept the second and third tier cities in the six variables,the model has a significant impact,and There are no statistically significant differences in the gender,education,household registration,employment intention and professional employment prospects of the variables that have been removed,and the statistical methods are used to analyze the rationality and influence of these influencing factors.Finally,a reasonable policy Revelation and pertinent solutions.The first part of the paper is as follows:the first part of the introduction,the second part of the relevant theoretical research,the third part of the definition of grass-roots employment of college students,the fourth part of the impact of college students grass-roots employment analysis,in the end,the fifth part of the conclusions and policy implications.Finally,according to the model results,the conclusion is that the market wage level weakens the willingness of college students to be employed at the grassroots level,the awareness of college students' own quality needs to be improved,the curriculum of colleges and universities is unreasonable,the implementation of grass-roots employment policy is not in place,and finally the corresponding Policy enlightenment.
