Research On The Effect Of Grassroots Employment Policy On College Students' Grassroots Employment Willingness

The grass-roots level graduates employment policy is introduced by the government to lead college students to work in grassroots units,which plays an important role in allev iating the difficulty of the graduates employment.So the priority issue is to study how to improve the incentive level of the grass-roots level employment policy on college students' employment aspiration to grassroots units and how to both attract graduates to get a job in grassroots units and retain the talents.The study adopts the method of questionnaire survey and takes 1180 students of ten universities in Fujian province as the research objects.In addition,it uses the policy popularity,the policy attraction and the policy influence to measure the effect of the grass-roots level graduates employment policy and adopts the statistical software of spss20.0 to explore the stimulation of the grass-roots level employ ment policy on college students'employment aspiration to grassroots units.The research finds that there has been a significant difference among students with different backgrou nd variables in their employment aspiration to grassroots units,the popularity,attraction and influence of the grass-roots level graduates employment policy.The policy popularity and attraction has the positive impact on college students' employment aspiration to gras sroots units.Specifically,the material,development and honor incentive policies are all influencing their aspiration remarkably while the entrepreneurial policy has no obvious impact on it.At the same time,the influence of the grass-roots level graduates employment policy also drastically affects college students'employment aspiration to grassroots units.Based on this,the research has put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on pr omoting the incentive level of the grass-roots level employment policy from the standpoint of government,universities and grassroots units,thus to maximize the effect of the policy and draw more college students to go into and stay at the grassroots units.
