| The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that agricultural and rural farmers are a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.We must adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas and implement the strategy of revitalizing rural areas.The college student group has a high comprehensive quality.They are an important external force to promote rural development and an important talent support for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.In the current severe employment situation,guiding college students to work at the grassroots level in rural areas is important to alleviate the current employment pressure,promote the orderly and rational flow of urban and rural talents,solve the shortage of new rural construction subjects,and implement the strategy of rural revitalization.In recent years,the party and government have issued a series of preferential policies to guide and encourage college students to choose rural grassroots work,but with little success.College students generally lack the concept of employment at the grass-roots level in rural areas,and there are only a handful of people who are really willing to choose to work in rural areas.Therefore,investigating and researching the current rural students’willingness to work at the grassroots level and its influencing factors is of great significance to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the construction of a new socialist countryside.Based on the perspective of planned behavior theory and social cognition theory,this research investigates the rural grassroots employment willingness of college students in Shandong Province.From the universities in the eastern,central and western parts of Shandong Province,6 colleges were selected by stratified sampling method,493 questionnaires were randomly distributed,457 were effectively recovered,relevant data and information were collected and statistically collated,and rural grassroots employment attitudes and individual knowledge were analyzed.The influence of ability and quality,support of important others and groups,and social policy environment on rural grassroots employment willingness of college students in Shandong Province.Studies show that the current rural employment willingness of college students in Shandong province is not high.The above four influencing factors are related to rural grassroots employment willingnessAccording to the research results,The article proposes corresponding countermeasures from four aspects.For government,it is necessary to refine rural grassroots employment policies and create good conditions for rural grassroots employment;clarify the main body of employment policy formulation and improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism for employment policies;establish a sound incentive mechanism to enhance the willingness of rural grassroots development.For university,increase publicity and promote comprehensive awareness;base on social needs and change the talent training model;strengthen employment guidance and carry out career planning education;deepen school-enterprise cooperation and jointly build rural grassroots practice bases;provide tracking services and explore possible;For social,the media actively play a guiding role in public opinion;parents should set reasonable expectations for their children;grassroots employers should adopt a positive attitude toward employment and create a good working environment.For students,it is necessary to change the concept of employment;continuously improve their rural grassroots employability. |
