The triple jump is a fast power sport composed of three closely connected jumping movements: one foot jump,step jump and final jump.It is one of the track and field jumping events.When the triple jumpers master the movement technology to a certain level,it is very important to improve the power of rapid contraction of lower limb muscles,that is,the explosive power of lower limb.Elastic band variable resistance training,as a gradual flexible resistance training,can match the resistance with the change of joint angle in the training process,so that the action speed during training is not affected by it,and the lower limb explosive power of triple jumpers has been better developed.Therefore,this paper adds elastic band to the traditional constant resistance training for variable resistance training.Starting from the sports training practice,this paper discusses the impact of elastic band variable resistance training on the lower limb explosive force of triple jump athletes,in order to provide some theoretical suggestions and practical reference for the scientific and reasonable training of triple jump,so as to promote the development of triple jump training.Early in this paper using the literature method,expert interview and questionnaire method,the test index of explosive force and elastic belt resistance training,late experimental method and mathematical statistics,with Wuhan institute of sports team jump eight male team as the object,experimental intervention training for 12 weeks,and then the index of test results using software SPSS23.0 statistical analysis,and draw the following conclusions:(1)Although the elastic band variable resistance training is slightly higher than the traditional constant resistance training in the test results of the maximum strength index and special speed index of the lower limb explosive force of triple jumpers,there is no significant difference between the two training methods.(2)Elastic band variable resistance training can effectively improve the vertical jump touch ability index,special basic ability index and special test results of lower limb explosive force of triple jumpers.Although the traditional constant resistance training can also improve the above index results of triple jumpers to a certain extent,there are obvious differences in the training effects of the two training methods,The training effect of elastic band variable resistance training is better than that of traditional constant resistance training.(3)Both elastic band variable resistance training and traditional constant resistance training can improve the special jumping ability index of lower limb explosive force and the test results of lower limb peak power of triple jumpers,but the training effect of traditional constant resistance training is not as good as that of elastic band variable resistance training.
