| Background:Complex training is a training method of physical fitness training.Its use method is to integrate two different training methods in the same training,that is,to alternately carry out high-intensity resistance weight-bearing training and non weight-bearing or light load enhanced(fast telescopic complex)training similar to the biomechanical characteristics of special movements,so as to develop the maximum strength of athletes and strengthen the explosive power of athletes.In the preparation period of Jiangsu U19 men’s basketball team for the 2021 Shaanxi national games,there are needs and training arrangements to improve the explosive power of lower limbs.Therefore,through complex training intervention,the changes of explosive power indexes of lower limbs are analyzed.Objective: Through complex training to Jiangsu U19 Men’s Basketball Team8 weeks of lower extremity explosive training intervention,explore 1.Complex training on Jiangsu U19 Men’s Basketball Team lower extremity explosive training can play a role in improving the effect.2.The specific performance of changes in various test indicators after the use of complex training.3.Comparison of effects between two groups of complex training of different combination structures.4.Whether the result of the training can be changed significantly by changing one of the variables in the complex formula.Methods:This study uses the methods of literature,expert interview and experiment.The experiment used the combination of complex training and conventional complex training to intervene the lower limb explosive power training of Jiangsu U19 men’s basketball team for up to 8 weeks.Before the test,including FMS test,participation intention consultation,and excluding those who were not suitable to participate in the experiment,24 athletes who could participate in the experiment were randomly divided into control group and experimental group Descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA were carried out for the basic indexes such as maximum 1RM load squat and various test indexes before the experiment(SJ squat jump,cmj-a swing arm squat jump,pad take-off,average take-off height of continuous jump,elpf explosive power index and 30 m sprint time).In the experiment,other variables such as training action and interval time are the same,only the combination structure of practice action is different.The control group received routine complex training,that is,after the high-intensity resistance training of each group,a group of enhanced jumping training with similar biomechanical characteristics was carried out;The experimental group implemented integrated complex training,that is,after completing three consecutive groups of high-intensity resistance training specified in the training course,three consecutive groups of enhanced jumping training were carried out.Measure the test index again after the experiment.Results:1.In the longitudinal comparison,the test indexes of the control group and the experimental group increased significantly before and after the experiment(P < 0.05),and the average take-off height and elpf explosive power index increased significantly,P values were less than0.01.In addition,there was also an extremely significant difference in the take-off height of the experimental group compared with that before the experiment.2.In the horizontal comparison,there was only significant difference in the average height of take-off after the experiment between the two groups(P = 0.042).After paired sample t-test of each increment,it is found that there is a significant difference in the average growth of each data between the experimental group and the control group,with a p value of 0.036(P < 0.05),and the average increment of the experimental group is higher.In the average growth rate of various data,there was an extremely significant difference between the experimental group and the control group,with a p value of 0.000(P < 0.001),and the average growth rate of the experimental group was higher.Conclusion:1.After the experiment,the two kinds of complex training showed a positive growth and significant difference in the selected indexes compared with the pre-experiment.There is a significant difference between the effect of fusion combined training and conventional combined training in the development of stepping take-off ability.2.There is a significant difference in the average growth rate and the average growth rate of the data measured after the experiment,which proves that the effect of fused and complex training is better.3.The change of movement combination structure has influence on the effect of complex training.It is necessary to choose the complex training action similar to the special technical action,and reasonably combine the training structure to keep the intensity and function recovery. |
