| Research purpose: This research uses blood flow restriction training and high intensity resistance training,and is accompanied by hip thrust and squat practice interventions.From the aspects of kinematics and dynamic parameter indicators,the lower limbs under different load intensity and different intervention action modes are studied.enrich the means to enhance the effect after activation.Research method: 20 high-level sprinters were recruited,and 15 of them were selected(weight-bearing squat 1RM / weight> 1.5,hip thrust/body weight>2 and no serious injury to lower limbs within six months).According to the load intensity and intervention method,follow the training intervention sequence of the Control group,HT @ 90% 1RM group,SQ @ 90% 1RM group,HT @ 30% 1RM + BFRT group,and SQ @ 30% 1RM + BFRT group.The 20 m run,standing long jump,CMJ & SJ &DJ were tested on different days.The interval between each two types of test content was 72 h.the test period,location,and warm-up plan are standardized.Research results: 1)Kinematic parameter indicators: 90% 1RM @ hip thrust and 30% 1RM @ hip thrust + BFRT practice intervention significantly shortened the 0-20 m sprint time;90% 1RM @ deep squat intervention significantly improved the performance of opposing long jumps;90% 1RM@ hip thrust and 30% 1RM @ deep squat + BFRT practice intervention significantly improved the CMJ performance,four types of practice intervention did not show significant improvement in SJ performance,of which 90% 1RM@ hip thrust practice intervention on SJ vertical the increase in jump performance has the greatest effect(ES=0.55);the CMJ vertical jump speed increased significantly after the four practice interventions,and the 90% 1RM@ squat exercise significantly increased the SJ vertical jump speed.2) Kinetic parameter index: 90% 1RM @ hip thrust and 30% 1RM @ hip thrust+ BFRT after training,the peak force after CMJ normalization is significantly increased;after four practice interventions,the peak force after SJ standardization is significantly increased;after four practice interventions rate of force development of CMJ showed significant improvement;except for 90%1RM @ squat exercise,rate of force development after SJ normalization increased significantly after other exercise interventions Appeared,of which30% 1RM @ squat + BFRT had the most significant effect on its promotion(ES = 0.43);the peak power during the CMJ and SJ jumps significantly increased after the deep squat with 90% 1RM and 30% 1RM + BFRT practice interventions.Research conclusions: 1)Hip thrust and squat exercises accompanied by 30%1RM @ BFRT have the same post-activation enhancement effect as 90% 1RM training intervention;2)Hip thrust and squats exercises are accompanied by 30%1RM @ BFRT in take-off speed,Peak power and other aspects are even better than classic high-load intensity training interventions.Blood flow restriction training can be used as a training method to improve the level of immediate explosive power.3)The increase in explosive power performance of short-distance sprints by 90% 1RM@ hip thrust and 30% 1RM @ hip thrust + BFRT is higher than other intervention methods,compared with the deep squat movement,the effect of hip thrust action on the 0-20 m effect is greater.4)The enhancement effect of blood flow restriction training may be related to the following factors:① the length of training intervention time;② the choice of parameter indicators;③ the speed of fatigue elimination;5)There are individual differences in enhancement effects after activation. |
