| Objective: The strength quality of competitive aerobics is the key to achieving excellent results and completing difficult movements perfectly in competitive aerobics competitions.Competitive aerobics is a difficult and beautiful project of competitive performance.The foundation of strength quality and rapid work are extremely important for competitive aerobics athletes.Elastic band is a new type of resistance training method at the present stage.It has been proved in many studies to have positive significance for muscle activation,muscle strength and explosive force.Therefore,this study takes the completion quality of difficult movements of competitive aerobics students as the research object.By comparing with the traditional training of competitive aerobics,this paper explores the influence of elastic band resistance training on the core stability,lower limb explosive force and completion quality of difficult movements of competitive aerobics students,so as to provide theoretical value and practical basis for the design of optimal resistance training.Methods: By using the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper recruits 34 competitive aerobics college students as experimental subjects.In the experiment,34 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 17)and control group(n = 17).The experimental group received elastic band resistance training,and the control group received conventional resistance training.The average height of the subjects was(174 ± 4.52)cm;the mean age was(21 ± 0.63)years.Weight(66 ± 3.88)kg;the training period was(3.35 ± 0.66)years.Body mass index(BMI)was(22.05 ± 1.68)kg / m2.The two groups were trained for 12 weeks,3 times / week,35 min each time.Before and after the experimental intervention,the body composition of the subjects was measured by Inbody.The core stability of the subjects was tested from different dimensions by static core stability(eight-level abdominal bridge,six-level supine bridge,five-level side bridge)and dynamic core stability(60s two-end up,60 s prone back up,60 s left side waist up,60 s right side waist up).The Kistler force platform was used to test the basic lower limb explosive force of the subjects,including squat jump(CMJ),half squat jump(SJ),standing long jump and standing vertical jump.The ability of special lower limb explosive force of the subjects was tested by 15 s group jump and15 s flexion leg jump.According to the latest competitive aerobics rules issued by the FIG International Gymnastics Federation,the reclassified difficulty movements were selected to complete the quality test,including group A static ground difficulty(rightangle support,split-leg support,right-angle support swivel 360 °,split-leg support360 °),group B air difficulty movements(straight jump720 °,swivel 360 °group jump,swivel 360 ° Cossack,swivel 360 ° flexion split-leg jump,swivel360 ° flexion jump).The changes of each index before and after 12 weeks of elastic band resistance training were compared.Results :(1)Through 12 weeks of elastic band resistance training,the static core of the experimental group and the control group was stable,and the eight-level abdominal bridge,six-level overhead bridge and five-level side bridge showed an increasing trend,which was significantly different from that before training(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the change value of the five-level left bridge in the experimental group was higher,which was very significant(P<0.01).In the experimental group,the eight-level side bridge,six-level overhead bridge and fivelevel right bridge showed an increasing trend and the change value was significantly different(P<0.05).(2)After the training intervention,the experimental group and the control group’s 60 s two-headed,60 s prone back,60 s left side waist,60 s right side waist all showed an increasing trend.Compared with before training,the two groups had significant differences after 12 weeks of training intervention(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the experimental group 60 s from both ends,60 prone back up,60 s on both sides of the waist up showed an increasing trend,and the difference was very significant(P<0.01).(3)After training intervention,the height of CMJ and SJ in the experimental group and the control group showed an increasing trend,and there were significant differences between the two groups compared with before training(P<0.01).Standing long jump and vertical jump touch height compared with before training,the two groups showed an increasing trend and had significant difference(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the CMJ,SJ,standing long jump and vertical jump in the experimental group showed an increasing trend,and the difference was very significant(P<0.01).(4)After training intervention,the experimental group and the control group of15 s jump,15 s flexion leg jump showed an increasing trend,compared with before training,the two groups after training intervention with significant difference(P<0.01);compared with the control group,the experimental group 15 s jump,15 s flexion leg jump showed an increasing trend,and the difference was very significant(P<0.01).(5)After training intervention,the experimental group and the control group of group A ground difficulty movement leg support,right angle support,leg support rotation 360 °,right angle support rotation 360 ° showed an increasing trend,compared with before training.There was a significant difference between the two groups after training intervention(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the360 ° change values of leg support and split leg support in the experimental group were significantly different(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in 360 °change between right-angle support and right-angle support(P<0.01).(6)After the training intervention,the experimental group and the control group of group B in the air difficulty of the straight jump 720 °,360 ° body jump,360 °body jump,360 ° body jump,360 ° body jump,360 ° body jump,360 ° body jump,360 ° body jump,Cossack showed an increasing trend,compared with the training before the two groups after the training intervention has a very significant difference(P<0.01);compared with the control group,the experimental group straight jump 720 °,turn 360 ° body jump,turn 360 ° Kosak,turn 360 ° bend body leg jump,turn 360 ° bend body jump,Kosak change value difference is very significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)After 12 weeks of elastic band resistance training,it has a significant effect on the control of body posture and the improvement of core stability when college students majoring in competitive aerobics complete difficult movements.(2)After 12 weeks of elastic band resistance training competitive aerobics special college students lower limb explosive force level has a significant effect.(3)The resistance training of elastic band and the traditional training of competitive aerobics have significant effects on improving the flight time and flight height of college students majoring in competitive aerobics,while the resistance training of elastic band can improve the explosive power of lower limbs of college students majoring in competitive aerobics more efficiently.(4)12 weeks of elastic band resistance training has a significant effect on the improvement of the core stability and lower limb explosive force required to complete the static ground difficulty movement of group A,the core stability required for the air difficulty movement of group B,and the improvement of the quality of the difficulty movement of college students majoring in competitive aerobics. |
