Abstract/Summary:
Research purposes: This study has two purposes in total.Firstly,by comparing the biomechanical parameters of the two training actions of barbell deep squat with iron chain combination, describe the movement characteristics of barbell deep squat with iron chain combination, and provide evidence for exploring the mechanism of barbell deep squat with iron chain combination. The second analysis is to analyze the impact of iron chain combined with barbell squat training on the explosive force of lower limbs of basketball players, compare its advantages and disadvantages with barbell squat training, and try to explain its mechanism, aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the improvement of training methods.Research methods: The research was conducted using literature review, expert interviews, experimental methods, and mathematical statistics. This study designed two experiments:Experiment 1 used the Motion three-dimensional motion capture system and the Kistler dynamometer to conduct a monitoring test on 38 subjects for barbell squats and barbell squats.SPSS25.0 software was used to conduct independent sample T-tests to compare the differences in kinematic and dynamic parameters of the two training movements, and to study the movement characteristics of barbell squats combined with iron chains. In Experiment 2,27 subjects were randomly divided into an experimental group(14 people)and a control group(13 people),and they were trained with 6 weeks of iron chain combined with barbell squats and barbell squats, respectively. Before and after the experiment, human body composition indicators and lower limb explosive force performance indicators were tested, and repeated measurement analysis of variance was conducted using SPSS25.0 software to compare the differences between the experimental group and the control group in the test indicators before and after the experiment,to study the improvement effect of 6-week iron chain combined with barbell squat training on lower limb explosive force performance indicators of college basketball players. Some experimental data in this article are described using Graph Pad 8.4software.Research results: The kinematic results of Experiment 1 showed that there was no significant difference in the average velocity in the centripetal phase, the peak velocity in the centripetal phase, and the average velocity in the centrifugal phase between the iron chain combined barbell squat and the barbell squat(P>0.05),but the peak velocity in the centrifugal phase of the iron chain combined barbell squat was faster than that of the barbell squat(P<0.01).The dynamic results showed that the average force in the centripetal phase(P<0.05),the peak force in the centripetal phase(P<0.01),and the average force in the centrifugal phase(P<0.05)of the iron chain combined barbell squat were smaller than those of the barbell squat, while the RFD in the centripetal phase(P<0.05)and the peak force in the centrifugal phase(P<0.01)of the iron chain combined barbell squat were larger than those of the barbell squat. The results of Experiment 2 showed that there was no significant difference in the body composition indicators between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group before and after the experiment, the performance indicators of lower limb explosive force in the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved in 1RM deep squat, reverse vertical jump, standing long jump, and 505 test run(P<0.01).There was no statistical difference at 30 meters(P>0.05).After the experiment, compared between the two groups, the height of the reverse longitudinal jump in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in 1RM squat, reverse vertical jump, standing long jump,30 meter run,and 505 test run(P>0.05).Research conclusion:(1)In terms of kinematics, the combination of iron chains and barbell squats under 75% 1RM load speeds up the centrifugal peak speed compared to barbell squats; In terms of dynamics, the iron chain combined with barbell squats under 75% 1RM load exhibited greater centrifugal peak force and centripetal RFD compared to barbell squats.(2)Both 6-week iron chain combined with barbell squats and barbell squat intervention training can effectively improve the maximum strength, vertical explosive force, horizontal explosive force, and directional ability of basketball players’ lower limbs. In terms of vertical explosive force, iron chain combined with barbell squats is significantly superior to traditional barbell squats.(3)Although 6-week iron chain combined with barbell squat intervention training failed to effectively promote the increase of lower limb muscle mass of basketball players, based on the faster centrifugal peak speed and greater centrifugal peak force during training,it accelerated SSC conversion, enhanced greater RFD in the centripetal phase, induced stronger neurological adaptation in the body, and enhanced explosive performance of the lower limb.
