The explosive power of lower limbs is one of the important qualities that long jumpers need to have,and it is the key factor for athletes to achieve excellent results.There are various forms of training methods for lower body explosive power,but traditional barbell weight training and rapid stretching compound training still have limitations in improving lower body explosive power.Therefore,this paper aims to improve the explosive power of the lower limbs of athletes,and uses multi-dimensional elastic band resistance training as the intervention method to formulate a corresponding explosive power training plan for the lower limbs according to the general movement laws and characteristics of the special long jump.The experimental results are analyzed by using special performance,physical fitness and sports biomechanical parameters,and the effect of multi-dimensional elastic band resistance training on the explosive power of lower limbs of male long jump second-level athletes is discussed.Improve the relevant theoretical level.This paper adopts the method of literature data,mathematical statistics,expert interview,questionnaire survey and experiment method.The research object is the effect of multi-dimensional elastic band resistance training on the explosive power of lower limbs of male athletes.for the experimental object.The athletes were subjected to 8-week multidimensional elastic band resistance training intervention,and the specific performance,physical fitness,kinematics and kinetic data of long jumpers before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed.The research results showed:(1)The average score of the athletes before the intervention was 5.85 m,and the average score after the intervention was 6.07 m,an increase of 0.22 m,with a very significant difference(P<0.01).(2)Compared with before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the athletes’ 60-meter timed running and standing with their left leg closed(P>0.05);1minute from both heads,standing with eyes closed and right leg standing have very significant differences(P < 0.01);standing with eyes closed left leg has significant differences(P < 0.05).(3)Compared with before the intervention,the sports biomechanical parameters of the athletes during the take-off process all changed: the take-off time of the athletes decreased,the fan angle decreased,and the landing angle decreased,and the average landing angle increased during the take-off stage.The angle of the take-off leg is closer to that of the high-level athletes,and the ground rebound force is increased by an average of 0.38 times during the stepping phase.Conclusion:(1)The multi-dimensional elastic band resistance training is integrated into the lower limb explosive power training of long jumpers,which improves the athletes’ special performance and physical quality.This training has a promotion effect on the athletes’ lower limb explosive power.(2)After the intervention,the kinematic indexes and dynamic indexes of athletes all changed to different degrees,and they tended to be elite athletes.It shows that the multi-dimensional elastic band resistance training improves the explosive power of the lower limbs,optimizes the technical movements of the long jump,and lays the foundation for better performance. |
