Study On Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers Under Rural Revitalization Strategy

The rural revitalization strategy was formally put forward at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It is a national strategy related to the general layout of the country and is the core strategic decision for the overall development of my country’s rural areas.To implement the rural revitalization strategy,the intensity must be large,the level must be high,the content must be comprehensive,the content must be rich,and the goal must be clear.Agriculture,prosperous countryside,wealthy farmers.Accelerating the vigorous implementation of the rural revitalization strategy can essentially solve the more prominent practical problems in the "three rural" work.The key to implementing the rural revitalization strategy lies in sufficient human resources.Farmers are the main part of my country’s rural revitalization strategy and must give full play to their main role.As an important part of the farmer group,new-type professional farmers are the leaders of agricultural production and the vanguard of modern agricultural development.New-type professional farmers can lead the development of agriculture in the new era and effectively promote the vigorous implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.At present,my country is accelerating the cultivation of a large number of new-type professional farmers,which can provide necessary human resources for the full development of the countryside.In fact,in the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,my country has played an active role in promoting the orderly development of new-type professional farmers.This paper mainly uses research methods such as literature research method,case analysis method,theoretical analysis method and field investigation method to conduct research and analysis.First,take the Marxist thoughts on rural agricultural farmer education,and previous leaders of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on farmer education as the theoretical basis.Secondly,it expounds the necessity of cultivating new professional farmers in our country under the background of rural revitalization strategy.Thirdly,it collects and sorts out a large amount of relevant data through field investigation and analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in my country in combination with a series of policy documents issued by the Chinese government.The analysis of the current situation is mainly based on the relevant research on the effectiveness of the cultivation of new professional farmers in my country under the rural revitalization strategy.Among them,it includes an indepth analysis of the overall effectiveness and regional effectiveness of the cultivation of newtype professional farmers in China,sorts out the main problems that exist in the process of cultivation of new-type professional farmers in my country,and analyzes the main problems that exist.Finally,combined with Marxist theory and the people’s subjectivity thought,further suggestions for improving the cultivation of new-type professional farmers under the rural revitalization strategy are put forward.Relevant suggestions have been improved from the four aspects of government,individuals and families,educational subjects,and social organizations.Specifically,the government needs to make overall planning and strengthen top-level design;attach importance to the role of individuals and families as the main body;improve the main body of education and educational methods;and strengthen the agricultural socialization service organization.
