Research On The Cultivation Mode Of New Professional Farmers In Zhalantun City From The Rural Vitalization

In 2017,the Party in the 19th report put forward the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,rural revitalization has thus become the fundamental direction of agricultural and rural work in our country.Rural Revitalization talent training is the fundamental guarantee for the implementation of rural revitalization,but also to strengthen the village-level collective economy,leading rural development and promote rural revitalization of an important way.The new-type professional farmers are the main support for the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,it is of great value and significance to cultivate new-type professional farmers for realizing the development of agricultural modernization,building a new modern countryside and consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation.Although some achievements have been made in the cultivation of new-type professional farmers under the current rural revitalization strategy,however,there are still some difficulties,such as the lack of intrinsic motivation,the low level of refinement,the decentralization of cultivation resources and the imperfect management assessment mechanism.Therefore,to explore the implementation path of optimizing the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in the new era can provide practical guidance for training a new generation of professional farmers in line with the development of modern agriculture in our country,for the realization of rural revitalization strategy to provide personnel security.As the banner county of Traditional Agriculture and animal husbandry,Zhalantun has studied the cultivation model of new professional farmers in Zhalantun,it can provide some reference for the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in the northeast area or other areas with similar basic conditions.Based on the background and significance of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,this paper studies the cultivation model of new-type professional farmers in Zhalantun with the help of human capital theory,division and Cooperation of Labor theory and agricultural economics theory.Through literature analysis,Questionnaires,participatory observation and semi-structured interviews,the basic situation of Zhalantun,the current cultivation policies,the status quo of the cultivation of new professional farmers and the results achieved were analyzed,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current cultivation model of new professional farmers in Zhalantun and analyzes the causes,so as to find the suitable cultivation model and guarantee measures for new professional farmers in Zhalantun.
