Research On The Training Path Of New Vocational Farmers From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization ——Based On The Investigation Of Farmer Training In W County G Province

The rural revitalization strategy is a strategic measure to solve the contradiction between unbalanced urban and rural development and relatively backward rural development,complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and then build a great modern socialist country.Talent is the key to rural revitalization.At present,China’s rural areas are faced with serious problems such as hollowing out and aging.Vigorously cultivating new professional farmers is the top priority to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The revitalization of rural talents is the premise and foundation of rural industry revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization and organizational revitalization,and is the key to determine the success or failure of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the perspective of rural revitalization,this paper discusses the key problems of rural development at the present stage and the cultivation of new professional farmers.Whether rural revitalization can be realized lies in people,and the new professional farmers are the key.Therefore,this paper thinks about the path of cultivating new professional farmers in the era of rural revitalization.This paper discusses the path of cultivating new professional farmers from the perspective of rural revitalization,and expounds the research background,research significance,core concept definition,domestic and foreign research status,and the relationship between new professional farmers and rural revitalization under the background of rural revitalization.Using questionnaire survey and interview methods,the current situation of the cultivation of new professional farmers in rural areas is analyzed,and it is found that the cultivation of new professional farmers has achieved certain results,which is conducive to the realization and development of rural revitalization,but there are also some problems.For example,farmers participate in insufficient internal motivation and ability;the curriculum content is difficult to meet the needs of rural revitalization;teaching methods are traditional;the contradictions between teaching objects are difficult to reconcile;and educational conditions limit the implementation of curriculum.The main factors affecting the training of new professional farmers are as follows: factors include: ignoring the particularity of education object;the high requirement and urgency of rural revitalization strategy;the dependence on the traditional education teaching path;the deviation of evaluation mechanism,ignoring the cultivation of inner will.Last,based on the needs of The Times of rural revitalization,To think about the path improvement measures of the new professional farmer training:first,optimize the cultivation mechanism of new professional farmers,improve the scientific and normative management;second,develop the learning curriculum of rural revitalization and the needs of new professional farmers.
