Research On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers From The Perspective Of Rural Industry Prosperity

Industrial prosperity is an inevitable requirement for higher-quality development of rural industries in the new era,an important content of the rural revitalization strategy,and the main starting point for promoting agricultural and rural modernization.The key to industrial prosperity lies in talents,and human capital is the fundamental driving force for industrial prosperity.Undoubtedly,farmers are the main force in the development of rural industries.Only by vigorously cultivating new professional farmers and realizing the prosperity of the agricultural industry can it be just around the corner.From 2012 to 2019,the No.1 document of the Central Committee deployed the cultivation of new professional farmers for 8 consecutive years,and introduced a series of policies and specific measures as an important strategic measure to improve agriculture and rural economy,and achieved great results..However,the cultivation of new-type professional farmers is a long-term,complex,and arduous task,which needs to be persistently implemented.Therefore,this article uses the literature research method,case analysis method and field investigation method,starting from the basic requirements of the new type of professional farmers for the prosperity of the rural industry,and conducting in-depth research in accordance with the logic of “why cultivate-who cultivate-who cultivate-how to cultivate”.This article is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the research background and significance,combs and evaluates the research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the research ideas,methods and innovations of this article.The second part starts with the definition of the concept of industrial prosperity,clarifies the four relationships between traditional farmers,professional farmers,new farmers,and new professional farmers,and then explains the concept of the cultivation of new professional farmers,from the classic Marxist writers and previous Chinese leaders Seeking academic support from the beneficial elements of the peasant cultivation thought and western human capital theory.The third part in-depth analysis of the internal mechanism of the prosperity of the rural industry and the cultivation of new-type professional farmers: pointed out the new requirements of the prosperity of the rural industry on the comprehensive quality,cultivation content,and cultivation environment of the new-type professional farmers,and from the realization of agricultural modernization,rural areas The continuous upgrading of industries and the integrated development of rural industries elaborated on the positive impact of cultivating new professional farmers on the prosperity of the agricultural industry.The two are dialectically unified in the rural revitalization strategy of the new era.The fourth part starts with a general theoretical analysis,and then conducts an empirical analysis based on the statistical data of the questionnaire survey in Bobai County.In terms of specific research content,the current situation of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in my country is analyzed from the three aspects of agricultural labor force,cultivation policy,and cultivation effect.It is concluded that the cultivation object is relatively single,the cultivation force is relatively dispersed,the cultivation content needs to be improved,and the cultivation environment needs to be optimized.Based on the problem,analyze the reasons;The fifth part analyzes the successful experience of domestic and foreign typical models,and explores the experience of fostering new professional farmers from the perspective of the prosperity of the rural industry.The sixth part combines the main problems in our country and the successful experience of typical domestic and foreign models,and proposes the countermeasures for the cultivation of new professional farmers from the perspective of the prosperity of the rural industry from the four dimensions of “who will cultivate,who will cultivate,what to cultivate,and the environment”: precision Selection of cultivation objects,overall coordination of all forces,reasonable setting of cultivation content,and creation of a good growth atmosphere.
