Talent revitalization is an important part of rural revitalization,but also to promote rural revitalization of the security,only to promote the development of various types of talent,in order to solve the rural revitalization of human resources development problems.The vocational training,as a kind of rural talents,is an important way to promote the development of rural talents.In reality,the low cultural level of rural labor force and the aging of labor force structure restrict the development of agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.To this end,this study takes the current situation of the training of new professional farmers in Dongping County as the research object,summarizes the classification,characteristics and differences between the current new professional farmers and traditional farmers,and combines the relevant conceptual origins,to conduct an in-depth study on the limitations of the new model of vocational farmer training in Dongping County by using technical means such as questionnaires,data access and field visits,and to assess the factors affecting the existing results,this paper puts forward corresponding measures to improve the training of new-type vocational farmers in Dongping County,hoping to provide theoretical reference for the establishment of a sound training system for new-type vocational farmers.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows :(1)The current situation of new-type vocational farmer training.There are still some problems in the training of new professional farmers in Dongping County,there are some problems,such as the lack of growth stamina of the new-type agricultural operators,the unbalanced development between the agricultural operators and ordinary farmers,the lack of government-led training and the insufficient support of the auxiliary training means.Get the current situation of the region’s human resources characteristics and do a good job training needs.It is necessary to promote the efficiency of human resources through effective vocational training,so as to realize the new-type vocational farmers to promote the revitalization of county and rural areas and speed up the process of modernization.(2)The effectiveness and problems of the new-type vocational farmer training.Based on the technical analysis of the samples collected,the new professional farmer training system established in Dongping County was accepted by most of the trainees and was subject to objective conditions,such as the older farmers participating in the training,the relatively low level of education,resulting in students’ limited ability to accept new knowledge,coupled with imperfect training system,system,and other factors,it is difficult for students to put what they have learned into practice,the effect of the training is greatly reduced.(3)Countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.Based on the analysis of the sample data,we found the status quo and problems of the training of new professional farmers in Dongping County.Taking into account the actual situation of the development of new-type professional farmers in Dongping County,this paper puts forward the training strategies for Dongping County’s new-type vocational farmers in the context of the rural revitalization strategy from the perspectives of establishing the status of each training subject,mobilizing the enthusiasm of each subject to participate,enriching and perfecting the training system for new-type vocational farmers,perfecting the training system,and establishing a long-term mechanism. |
