Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Soccer Reserve Talents Training In Yaan District Under The Background Of Sport And Education Combination

Sports Bureau and Ministry of Education jointly release opinions on the combination of sports and education.under the background of national youth soccer in flourish,this thesis research the current situation of soccer reserve talents training in Ya ’an district.The training of youth soccer reserve talents in Ya ’an district hasn’t formed a benign sustainable development,which has become the main factor restricting the training of reserve talents.As a weak district of soccer reserve talents training in Sichuan Province,Ya ’an district can be a experiment region for studying the physical education and combined training of soccer reserve talents in western of China.In this study,the literature,questionnaire,field investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics are used to research the current situation of soccer reserve talent training in Ya ’an district.interviews Ya ’an Football association,sport school’s leader and soccer experts,reference soccer strong country and talent training experience of the developed districts in our country,based on the theory of combined training,with primary and secondary schools,the Football Association,sports schools and clubs complementary advantages of fusion,the concept of sustainable development of competitive sports and training the all-round development of the socialist successors with Soccer specialty,insist to the government and the market system,the combination of preliminary conception Ya ’an district soccer reserve talented person body fusion teaching training mode and countermeasures are put forward.This study draws the following conclusions :(1)The development of soccer reserve talents training situation in Ya ’an district has been improving,the training system has been initially established,the competition system has been gradually restored,and efforts are being made to create an atmosphere of youth player The development of amateur sports schools has gradually shrunk;The soccer club has cultivated many soccer coaches with a certain level and participated in campus soccer activities in the form of co-building teams with local primary schools.Ya ’an district Football Association currently has the largest number of trainees,and has also established a cooperative mode of joint training with local primary schools.(2)The scale of youth soccer reserve talents training in Ya ’an district is small.In terms of campus soccer,there is only one high school in the district,and two primary schools represent all the reserve forces of men ’s U6-U18 age’s players in Ya’an district.Other schools form teams temporarily before the match.The other four youth campus soccer specialty schools in Ya’an district are not strong enough to carry out routine training.(3)From the elements of logistics support,coaches,training,competition system,this research suggest the development of sports and education Combination training mode of reserve soccer talents in Ya ’an district : based on the school,football association,clubs,sports schools as the supplement,sports and education combination development;Relying on the technical guidance of the Football Association,training the coaches and teachers;insist the first development direction of interest in primary school,popularization of junior school and specialization in high school,and realize the sustainable development of each school segment;Combination of education and sport system to run competitions to build more competition platforms;Highlight the main role of education system and sport section to open up the way for soccer reserve talents to study.The theories and guiding suggestions put forward in this study can also be used for reference in other regions with weak soccer reserve talent training,hoping to be helpful to their soccer reserve talent training work.
