Research On The Training Situation Of Sports Reserve Talents In Luliang City,Shanxi Province Under The Background Of The Integration Of Sports And Education

On October 15,2020,the general office of the CPC Central Committee of the State Council issued the "opinions on comprehensively strengthening and improving the new era of school sports work" and opinions on comprehensively strengthening and improving the new era of school aesthetic education work,these policies that China began to attach importance to the correct training and sustainable development,attach importance to the correct development of school sports,thus "body integration" development opened a new chapter.The correct training of sports reserve talents can promote the development of school sports,transport sports talents to universities,meet the social demand for sports talents,and drive the development of sports undertakings;and will help to promote the comprehensive improvement of the comprehensive quality of sports reserve talents.Luliang city of Shanxi Province is in a backward position in the process of exploring sports reserve talents,and carries less transportation in the training of excellent athletes.Therefore,in order to better improve and develop sports reserve talents,we must pay attention to the training of sports reserve talents.In order to promote the training of sports reserve talents in Luliang city,Shanxi Province,the training situation of sports reserve talents in Luliang City,Shanxi Province is taken as the research object.By luliang coaches,cultural teachers,sports reserve,parents,management personnel questionnaire survey,using literature method,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis research methods,through in-depth analysis of luliang sports reserve talent training methods,cultural learning,school logistics,parents support,etc.,the following conclusion:（1）luliang,Shanxi Province school sports reserve number is sufficient,but its quality is not good,cultural learning efficiency is low,less choice.（2）coaches in Luliang City,Shanxi Province have little scientific research time,low level,and few opportunities to participate in coach training,which restricts the improvement of coaches.Cultural course teachers also do not pay enough attention to the cultural course learning of sports reserve talents.The cultural course foundation of sports reserve talents is weak,and the academic performance is not ideal.（3）In Luliang City,Shanxi Province,there are few sports reserve talents training funds,school facilities and training equipment are sufficient,but there are also timely injuries of sports reserve talents.School medical security measures are few,and sports reserve talents can not be treated in time.（4）The main transportation paths of sports reserve talents include entering provincial teams,universities,clubs and coaches,etc.Only a small number of sports reserve talents enter high-level sports teams.（5）Parents of reserve sports talents in Luliang,Shanxi Province support their sports training,but some parents do not support physical training;parents mainly believe that sports training will affect their academic performance,growth and future choice;more parents want their children to enter universities for further study rather than physical training.（6）The school administrators’ management and supervision of sports reserve talents is not in place,and the school atmosphere is not good enough.
