Research On The Current Situation Of Training Reserve Talents Of Competitive Sports In Sports Schools In Fengxian District, Shanghai Under The Background Of Integration Of Sports And Educatio

With the sacred national flag rising again and again,the impassioned national anthem played again and again,Chinese competitive sports people struggle indomitable,forge ahead,and constantly surpass,China’s sports cause gradually from a sports country to a sports power step by step.To build a strong sports country and strive to realize the dream of a strong sports country,it is increasingly necessary to cultivate more and better competitive sports reserve talents.As the pyramid base of competitive sports reserve talents training,sports schools at all levels and of various types play an irreplaceable role in the training of competitive sports reserve talents.In order to maintain the sustainable development of sports school reserve personnel training,this paper analyzes the areas that need to be improved and draws on the advanced experience of other countries or regions to provide some reference basis for sports school reserve personnel training of Fengxian District.On September 21,2020,the General Administration of Sport of the State and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Adolescents,promoting the reform of sports schools,cultivating more excellent sports reserve talents,and giving full play to the position of sports schools in the training of competitive sports reserve talents.The proposal of the integration of sports and education brings a solution to the dilemma of training reserve talents in competitive sports and points out the direction for the development of competitive sports.In recent years,Shanghai actively promotes the development of sports and education integration,and Fengxian District sports school is also actively responding to the policy of sports and education integration.The athletes in Fengxian District not only made new breakthroughs in previous municipal games,but also achieved good results in international competitions such as championships and Olympic Games.In addition,Jiang Ranxin and Pang Wei won the gold medal in the mixed 10-meter air pistol shooting team at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games,winning the first gold medal in the Fengxian District of Shanghai.Fengxian District competitive sports reserve talent training strong strength,also enough to explain Fengxian District long-term adhere to the combination of sports and education.Therefore,for the further development and sustainable development of competitive sports in Fengxian district,it is particularly important to strengthen the training of reserve talents of competitive sports in Fengxian District sports school.This paper studies the current situation of sports schools in Fengxian District of Shanghai through literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods.By sorting out the results of questionnaires and interviews,Understand and analyze the basic situation,security system,construction of teaching staff,school enrollment and talent output,sports training and cultural learning of competitive sports reserve talents of Fengxian District sports School,and find out the areas in need of improvement and seek countermeasures according to the results.It provides strong theoretical support for the sustainable development of competitive sports reserve personnel training of sports schools in Fengxian District of Shanghai.The results of the research show that:(1)Shanghai Fengxian District Sports School actively promotes the implementation of the integration of sports and education,and has made great contributions to the competitive sports achievements of Fengxian District,among which the three major events of bicycle,taekwondo and OP windsurfing sailing of Fengxian District Sports School were rated as characteristic brand projects of Fengxian District Sports School.(2)Fengxian District Sports School actively promotes the integration of sports and education,cooperates with neighboring primary and secondary schools,and jointly organizes training with clubs to promote the all-round development of students.(3)The source of funding of Fengxian District Sports School is single,and the training ground and training equipment need to be improved.(4)The age structure of the cultural course teachers of Fengxian District Sports School is basically reasonable,the overall quality level is high,and the teaching ability of the teachers of the cultural course of Fengxian District Sports School needs to be improved.(5)Fengxian District sports school enrollment is difficult,the student education level of sports school is not high,the employment rate is low,and the social recognition of sports school is not high;The selection method of coaches is single and lacks scientificity.(6)The contradiction of the training of the sports school in Fengxian District still needs to be improved,the contradiction of learning and training is still prominent,and most athletes pay more attention to sports training performance and have higher enthusiasm.(7)The team of coaches is short of talents,and the degree of grassroots training is not good;Coaches have fewer opportunities to participate in relevant training after their employment.In view of the problems existing in development,learn from the experience of competitive sports reserve talents in other countries or regions,and consider the actual conditions of Fengxian District Sports School,the strategies proposed mainly include:(1)adhere to the form of going out and coming in,and promote the reform and construction of sports schools;strengthening the teaching staff;(2)Introduce highly educated and high-level coaches and teacher teams to create a more professional teacher and coaching team;Train and learn from coaches;(3)From the level of schools,teachers and coaches,reasonably coordinate the time for physical training and cultural learning,and urge students to learn;(4)Strengthen the cooperation and education model of home,school and society,and innovate the training strategy of reserve talents in competitive sports;(5)Increase publicity and actively introduce the participation of social resources;(6)Make use of geographical advantages to optimize project layout and develop new projects.
