| The 13th meeting of the Central Committee for Comprehensively Deepening Reform considered and adopted the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Youth,which pointed out the direction of reform for the training of reserve talents for competitive sports in China.In order to investigate the current situation,problems and influencing factors of basketball reserve talents training in Qingdao under the background of "integration of sports and education",and propose corresponding improvement countermeasures,and then provide a model for other provinces,cities and the whole country to train basketball reserve talents.In this study,17 sports teams,40 coaches,238 athletes and experts and scholars were surveyed using literature,questionnaires,interviews and mathematical statistics.The current situation of basketball reserve talents in Qingdao in terms of athletes,coaches,resource allocation and the contradiction between school and training was sorted out and summarized,and the main influencing factors were derived from the data analysis of the questionnaire results.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:(1)Through the investigation of the current situation of basketball reserve talents training in Qingdao,it is concluded that: the coaches as a whole are reasonable,can actively participate in all kinds of training and have high coaching ability;the athletes can actively and actively participate in training,but some of them are backward in cultural courses and have certain prejudice against learning.(2)The training frequency of basketball reserve talents training in Qingdao is reasonable,but the social training institutions need to improve the training frequency;the training content is more scientific,which reflects the planning ability of the coaching team from the side;the competition system is perfect,which can basically meet the competition needs of the athletes in the three systems;but there is a lack of inter-system interchangeable competitions,and there are fewer high-level competitions for the school system and social organizations.(3)The basketball reserve talent training in Qingdao has been strongly supported by the education and sports department,business department,families,schools and teachers,which can support the athletes’ "physical" and "teaching" in parallel;the venues and supporting facilities are generally good,but there is a need for improvement in team doctors and financial investment.However,the team doctors and funding need to be improved.(4)The factor analysis showed that there are five main factors affecting the development of basketball reserve talents in Qingdao: guarantee factor,competitive training factor,motivation factor,coaching factor and athlete factor,among which the contribution of competitive training factor is the highest.(5)Based on the actual research and questionnaire survey,analyze the institutional,coaches,athletes and guarantee conditions problems of basketball reserve talent cultivation in the context of sports-education integration,and propose corresponding improvement countermeasures: 1)promote the innovation of governance system and establish basketball reserve talent cultivation community;2)deepen the policy of sports-education integration and strengthen the implementation of policy guarantee;3)balance the contradiction between athletes’ learning and training and strengthen the interest orientation of physical education class;4)strengthen the flow of coaches’ talents and cultivate a team of elite coaches;5)improve the diversified mechanism of running teams and build an integrated competition system;6)strengthen sufficient funding sources;4)strengthen the flow of coaching talents and cultivate a team of highly skilled coaches;5)improve the mechanism of diversified team running and build an integrated competition system;6)consolidate sufficient safeguards and increase diversified funding sources. |
