| Handball is a traditional sport in Chuzhou,and also the "brand project" of competitive sports in the city.To deepen the development of the integration of sports and education with Chinese characteristics,explore the training mode that conforms to the requirements of socialist market economy and system reform in the new period,find problems,conform to the integration,and provide certain reference value and theoretical basis for the innovation of the "integration of sports and education" of handball reserve talents in Chuzhou.The research results show that:(1)the handball competition atmosphere is strong,but the school type structure lacks rationality;the school operation mode is single;the management mode is relatively backward;the funding source is relatively single,the site facilities need to be improved;(2)the high-level coaches are lacking,and the faculty construction needs to be strengthened.(3)The factors influencing the development of traditional handball project schools in Chuzhou should include six factors: insufficient social cognition,prominent learning and training problems,fault of connection mechanism,lack of special talents,single competition system and insufficient training funds.(4)The traditional handball project of Chuzhou has achieved remarkable success in integrating sports and education,which is mainly embodied in sports,and at the same time,it has established a win-win development pattern between physical education.(5)Based on SWOT analysis,the internal advantages of the sports education integration development are: good movement foundation and significant brand effect;the internal disadvantages are barriers,barriers,barriers and social resource sharing;the external opportunities of physical education integration: national macro support;the external threats are hindered by the development of other sports projects and serious fault between primary and secondary schools. |
