| As my country’s economy continues to develop steadily and the population is increasing day by day,the massive growth of the population is promoting the development of our country while highlighting complex family issues.During the internship,the author encountered many factors that caused the family to be in a more difficult situation.In addition,various situations such as unsupported minors,abnormal family structure,breakdown of member relationships,and low total family income have led to an endless stream of troubled families.This study takes 10 adolescents from distressed families in the Y District of Jinzhong City as an example to explore how social work intervenes in groups to improve the resilience of distressed family adolescents,and also provides practical experience for the formation of a mature social work intervention model.First of all,the author evaluates the resilience of adolescents from distressed families through observation method,interview method and questionnaire method,and the results show that they have common problems;Taking the internal and external influence paradigm as the analysis theory,it analyzes the factors affecting the resilience of adolescents from distressed families from the internal,external and macro levels;Then,under the guidance of the resilience perspective and group dynamics theory,clarify the service goals and complete the group program design for the youth from the disadvantaged families;Solve their common problems by carrying out group activities to help teenagers from families in distress to increase their opportunities and experience in team activities;Then use methods such as pre-test survey,interview method and satisfaction survey method to evaluate the service effect;Finally,it reflects on the theory of intervention,intervention process,intervention effects and research deficiencies.On this basis,suggestions are made to effectively improve the resilience of youths from distressed families. |
