Social Work Involved In Increasing Resilience Of Dating The Family Dilemma

With the social changes and the transformation of family structure,the growing problem of the development of children with difficulties,the problem of children's growth education has also been highly concerned by the relevant state departments.The family is an important and critical system for the socialization of children.The disintegration of the family structure brings unavoidable influence to the children in the family,which leads to the problem of the dilemma of family children.Childhood dilemma Children are more aggravated by the plight of self-identity,interpersonal,social discrimination and other dilemmas.According to the research status of children with dilemma,the anti-stress and the anti-stress of children,how to help the dilemma of family dilemma children's effective prevention and coping problems become the focus of this study.Based on the theory of resistance to stress,this paper uses the group's working methods to intervene in the intervention of six groups of children with family dilemma,and makes a pre-test and post-test of the group members with the anti-stress questionnaire.In the course of the study,the author in the social work under the guidance of the theory of resistance to the development of a reasonable group planning and related processes,step by step to start the group involved in the service,and in the activities of the group process to continue to assess and improve,The group ended successfully.Finally,the improvement of resistance to stress is helpful to prevent and improve the psychological and behavioral problems of children with family dilemma,and the working method of the group is an effective means to improve the child's resistance to family dilemma.In the end,the author puts forward his own viewpoints on his own research,and puts forward his own suggestions from the macro,meso and micro levels,and thinks that this study provides the basis for the related services of the troubled children and reflects the effectiveness of the group working method.
