| The original family is the harbor of children’s happiness,but this is an unattainable desire for the de facto Orphans.The de facto Orphans’ biological parents are temporarily unable to fulfill the guardianship responsibility for many reasons,so it is necessary for other close relatives in the family to replace the role of the child’s parents to monitor and care for the de facto Orphans.Under this reorganized family structure,multiple obstacles inevitably arise,which is a test for the de facto Orphans and their caregivers.Therefore,this paper decided to take the de facto Orphans’ families as the research object,use Walsh ’s family resilience model,design and carry out the de facto Orphans’ family resilience improvement group activities,and use qualitative research methods to intervene.Through the investigation of 6 groups of the de facto Orphans’ families in Y district,this study found that the de facto Orphans’ families have multiple difficulties at the three levels of individual,caregiver and family as a whole,and put forward family needs in combination with the key process of Walsh’s family resilience,so as to carry out group design.The group activities are divided into 8 sections,focusing on the three dimensions of family belief system,organization mode and communication process,aiming at changing family negative cognition,adjusting family organization mode and cultivating family communication ability.The evaluation results confirmed the effectiveness of the intervention.The family resilience levels of the six families were all improved,and the satisfaction of the group members was high.In the part of research results,the author summarizes the potential presentation of the family in the intervention process,summarizes the process mechanism of group intervention and the protective factors generated by the de facto Orphans’ families,as well as the advantages and challenges of group intervention.The stage development pattern of the de facto Orphans’ family resilience was extracted,and the localization application of family resilience theory was discussed.Through reflection,this paper puts forward strategic suggestions on the practical ideas,practical skills and practical paths of social work intervention in the de facto Orphans’ family resilience,in order to improve the service of social work intervention in the de facto Orphans’ families. |
