Adolescence is a period of transition from children to adults,a period of transformation and transformation in life development,an important period of self-identification and identification,and an important stage of individual development from immature to mature.Young people are the future of our country and the hope of our nation.The General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed that “adolescence is the ‘jointing and booting period’ of life,during which the mind is gradually sound and the mind is in the most active state,which needs careful guidance and cultivation.” At present,China is in the effective transition period of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Education is the key to consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,and it is of great significance to study the education problems of teenagers.Since engaging in professional study and research,the author has maintained strong interest in teenagers and accumulated professional knowledge.From June to November2021,the author obtained the opportunity to participate in the “The Spring Bud Plan”project of Q Middle School Education Development Foundation in Qujing city,Yunnan Province.During the preliminary investigation,the author found that due to family situation and growing environment,“The Spring Bud Girls” face more growth problems than ordinary students,which are manifested in heavy academic pressure,poor communication with classmates and strained family relations.These problems bring them great growth pressure and seriously affect their healthy development.As a major of“helping others and helping themselves”,social work focuses on improving the ability of service objects and applies the view of resilience to the current plight of “The Spring Bud Girls”,which is of positive significance to their healthy growth and development.This study took “The Spring Bud Girls”,a girl senior high school student from Q Middle School,as the object.Through collecting data,the study understood the level of their resilience,and analyzed the influencing factors from the aspects of Positive Recognition,Emotional Control,Goal Focus,Peer Assistance,Family Support and Characteristics of Girls.On this basis,according to the theory of Resilience,Gender Theory,Advantage Perspective,from the perspective of positive cognition,emotion control,goal focus,peer assistance,family support design group activity program.Six specific screening “The Spring Bud Girls”,carry out 6 times “Living in the Sun”Resilience Promotion Group Work,the theme of “I Came to Meet You” “I was Really Great”“I’m the Master of My Emotions”“My Future isn’t just a Dream”“My Partners Walk Together”“I have the Warmth around Me” help “The Spring Bud Girls” to raise their resilience levels.After assessing,showing the team work in the “The Spring Bud Girls ” has its advantages and effectiveness of promoting art power,embodied in the process goals basically achieved,the team atmosphere and cohesive force into full play,the resilience goal smooth realization,the satisfaction of group members generally standard,and workers complete show its own role and skill.Finally,the author summarizes and reflects on the whole research.On the one hand,it summarizes the application of professional theories and the effect of group intervention,and on the other hand,it reflects on its own shortcomings and practical limitations.On this basis,suggestions for future research are put forward,that is,attaching importance to the particularity of service objects,focusing on the internal advantages of individuals,strengthening the external support system,integrating social work intervention methods,and exploring the work path of localization,so as to provide some reference for subsequent related research.
