Research On Ideological Problems And Educational Countermeasures Of Retired College Students In The New Era

Announcement of the 19 th National Congress,Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In order to build a world-class army,realize the great goal of "building a strong army",and meet the needs of high-quality talents with high education,college students have gradually become the main group of the army.While the proportion of college students increases,the proportion of retired college students increases gradually.In recent years,the state’s policy for the placement of retired college students is becoming more and more perfect,especially for the policy of returning to school and entering school for retired college students.More and more retired college students choose to go back to school,return to campus and continue to study.The changes of environment,identity and psychology make the retired college students return to campus,and their thoughts and behaviors,such as world outlook,outlook on life,values,political outlook,moral outlook,rule of law and so on,have changed greatly,resulting in many practical problems.Because the government’s resettlement policy for retired and returned students is not perfect,the army and schools lack psychological guidance and education for retired and returned students,and the number of retired and returned students is small,The lack of attention from the school and the imbalance of the individual self adjustment of the retired college students lead to various problems such as the temporary backwardness in study,the maladjustment in life,the fluctuation in thought,the change in adaptability and so on.The root cause is the comprehensive effect of the current social factors,military factors,family factors,self factors,four factors,which ultimately leads to the current ideological status of retired college students.This paper aims at these problems,especially the ideological problems of the retired college students,to study and find the correct principles,measures and methods to deal with these problems.In the new era,the ideological and political education of this group should follow the principles of innovation,integrity,accuracy and the combination of education and self-education.Under the guidance of this principle,scientific implementation: first,comprehensively implement and improve the relevant policies and systems;second,increase attention and play the role of environmental impact;third,optimize the education management mode and innovate means and methods;fourth,strengthen the self-education and adjustment of retired college students.It can provide reference for the formation of correct thoughts of retired college students,the smooth integration of campus life and the education and management of universities and management departments.
