The high speed of development of industrial robots and vision technique accelerated the trend of my country’s traditional manufacturing industry to transform into intelligence and flexibility,Especially the demand for quality talents such as installation,debugging,programming,and maintenance.As the reform of vocational education field deepens,increased the development and research of specific curriculum,However,some problems still remain in secondary vocational schools,such as unclear objectives of courses related to industrial robots,few or even no courses related to vision,inability to adapt to the real scene of enterprises,and inappropriate design of curriculum structure for classroom teaching,whose led to The contradiction between the quality of visual application talent training and enterprise talent demand has been upgraded.To solve the above problems,for secondary vocational schools,to industrial robot vision as the research content of specific curriculum development research.Firstly,Through the analysis of domestic and foreign relevant research status and curriculum development related theories,combined with the German curriculum concept of "learning field" and "work process systematization",as the theoretical basis of the research.and use the "field of study" curriculum theory to carry out macro-level research The curriculum framework design on the upper level,using the "work process systematization" curriculum theory to design the learning situation at the micro level;Secondly,Through the investigation of industrial robot vision enterprises,the corresponding visual positions(groups)and work tasks for secondary vocational graduates are summarized,and the occupational work task analysis method is used to analyze the actual work tasks,identify the typical work tasks and professional competency requirements of visionrelated positions,summarize the typical work tasks into action areas,and finally convert them into learning area courses;Through the investigation of secondary vocational schools and their internal related personnel,the course objectives of the research have been formulated,the content of the course Industrial Robot Vision have been re-selected,and the structure and learning duration of the course have been designed,and the integration of comprehensive professional competence and quality,job rotation work mode,enterprise practice method,project teaching means,thus forming the overall framework of this development course;Finally,centering on the characteristics of practical training courses,based on the thought of vocational education such as work process and comprehensive vocational ability orientation,the actual work tasks and work process of enterprises are referred to,and with the goal of improving students’ professional skills and synthetical vocation ability,the design of the studying scene of the Industrial Robot Vision course is carried out.The method of case study,group discussion and so on are adopted carry out teaching design research based on the work process,and the project of "Laser Marking Print Defect Detection" is selected to carry out teaching experiment,finally SPSS software was used to test the reliability and validity of the teaching effect questionnaire,and the implementation effect of the course was analyzed from the four aspects of students’ learning process,academic performance,self-evaluation and comprehensive vocational ability.The results obtained from the analysis show that: Development of the Industrial Robot Vision of technical secondary school curriculum can effectively promote students’ understanding of the course,improve the students’ practical skills,is beneficial to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive vocational ability,enrich the new engineering curriculum system,is of secondary vocational education in industrial modernization of the new course system of beneficial exploration,but also provides reference for the development of secondary vocational courses for engineering. |
