As an irreplaceable equipment and production tool in advanced manufacturing,industrial robots have become an important indicator to measure the manufacturing level and technology level of a country.At present,the demand for industrial robot-related professionals is large,but the status of personnel training in the direction of industrial robots not optimistic.In view of the performance of industrial robot enterprises in the performance of secondary school graduates,the main shortcomings are reflected in the following three aspects: 1.The professional knowledge is not firmly grasped;2.The practical skills fail to meet the actual needs of the relevant posts;3.At work Insufficient communication and coordination skills.According to the above-mentioned graduates' insufficient performance feedback to the secondary vocational schools for targeted research,it is finally found that the core knowledge and skills of the secondary vocational schools at the student level,as well as the teachers at the teacher level in the core knowledge and skills can not reach the position of the enterprise.Capacity needs,so it is necessary to implement the core curriculum development of the direction of industrial robots in secondary vocational schools.The development process of the core curriculum in this thesis is to consult the curriculum development literature on the basis of the previous research,and then combine the actual situation of the domestic secondary vocational schools to compare the advantages and disadvantages of various curriculum development models,and finally select the development model based on the work process.The main steps are “consultation – decision making – planning – implementation – inspection – evaluation”.According to these steps,the curriculum development of the four modules of work task analysis,action field induction,learning situation conversion and learning situation design is completed.The specific work is to determine the "Industrial Robot Technology Foundation" as the most important core course based on the research results,and develop the typical work tasks in the three positions of industrial robot repair and maintenance,industrial robot operation and industrial robot sales corresponding to this core course.The required knowledge and skills have completed the following tasks: 1.Established a perfect curriculum teaching standard for typical work tasks;2.Implemented a project-based instructional design of the "Industrial Robot Technology Foundation" course based on the work process;3.Designed Students learn the self-learning schedule of the course "Industrial Robot Technology Foundation";4.Complete the operation tutorials of some typical work tasks;5.Develop the micro-course resources corresponding to the typical work tasks of "Industrial Robot Technology Foundation";6.The evaluation criteria of teacher self-assessment mutual evaluation and student self-assessment mutual evaluation were designed.
