| In the case work of rural factual orphans,the professional relationship between social workers and clients at a certain distance can bring them a comfortable sense of security and a desire to talk,so as to better promote the case service process.The establishment of professional relationships is not only manifested in the emotions,attitudes and behaviors between social workers and clients,but also runs through the entire process of case service.Therefore,the author tries to provide a set of operable professional relationship establishment strategies for social workers to intervene in the case service of rural factual orphans by studying the dynamics of professional relationships in the process of case service.Grasp the key points in different stages of establishing professional relationships,and contribute flexible and effective ways to respond to and solve problems for the clients.This research adopts qualitative research methods and collects data through participation observation method and interview method.There are 12 interviewees in this study,including 8 rural factual orphans and 4 social workers.Among them,there are 2 factual orphans.The author provided one-month case service to them.Based on a wealth of perceptual materials and humanism as a theoretical perspective,this research analyzes the professional relationship in the process of case service,points out the dynamic characteristics of professional relationships,and analyzes the characteristics and reasons of the different stages of professional relationship establishment.Analyze and seek effective strategies for establishing professional relationships in case services.The study found that,at different stages of professional relationship establishment,service targets have different responses,and social workers also need to adopt different coping strategies.In the initial stage of professional relationship establishment,the client does not trust or accept social workers,and the main task of social workers is to gain the trust of the client;in the middle of the establishment,the client’s feelings for the social worker have turned into kinship trust Unlike incomplete acceptance,at this time,social workers should keep a moderate distance from the client;and in the later stage of establishment,the client trusts and accepts the social worker,but because the service is about to end,the social worker needs to deal with the case promptly and quickly.The parting emotion of the Lord... |
