S District Of R City From The Perspective Of New Urbanization Research On Employment Security Of Land-lost Farmers

With the rapid development of economy and the deepening of new urbanization,the emergence of land-lost farmers group has become an inevitable phenomenon,and its scale is gradually expanding.When their land is expropriated,they can rely on land expropriation compensation to maintain their basic life in the short term,but the limited economic compensation cannot meet their ever-growing needs for a better life and long-term development.In the long run,only by solving the employment problem of land-lost farmers can their basic rights and interests be guaranteed,the gap between urban and rural areas be narrowed,and the social harmony and stability be maintained.Based on this,this article aims to strengthen the analysis and study of land-lost farmers employment security,to help us understand more about the new urbanization under the background of the employment difficulties of land-lost farmers groups,so as to put forward the suggestions and countermeasures of targeted,enrich farmers group policy choice of employment and further development of the new urbanization deepened.Based on the existing literature,this paper summarizes and analyzes the development status of new-type urbanization in S district of R city,the employment status and existing problems of land-lost farmers,and the solutions,defines relevant concepts,and expounds the theory of new-type urbanization,the theory of new public service and Marx’s theory of social security.At the same time,the development status of new urbanization in S district is analyzed with literature research.Questionnaires and interviews were used to conduct field visits and surveys on land-lost farmers and other relevant groups to collect information.The main problems in the employment of land-lost farmers in Area S were concluded as follows:poor employment stability;fewer jobs;low employment satisfaction;Job channels are not smooth;Unemployment insurance is inadequate.And from multiple angles,in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem.From the perspective of the development of new urbanization,the main measures to solve the employment of land-lost farmers are put forward as follows:to carry out systematic employment training;Increasing employment options;Optimize industrial layout;Improving supporting policies and facilities for employment;We will rationally plan the unemployment insurance system.
