Study On Employment Of Land-lost Farmers In New Rural Communities In Shandong Province

The rapid development of new-type urbanization is conducive to the improvement of urban-rural dual structure.In the construction of new-type urbanization,Shandong province takes the construction of new-type rural communities as a major strategic measure to build urban-rural integration and narrow the urban-rural gap,so as to realize intensive land management and improve the living standard of farmers.However,the expropriation of a large amount of land in a short period of time will produce a large number of land-lost farmers,and farmers have no land to maintain their basic living security,which will seriously affect the sustainable livelihood of land-lost farmers.To solve the problem of sustainable livelihood of land-lost farmers,the key is to make land-lost farmers have a stable income source to replace the income function of land for farmers.The analysis and research on the employment of land-lost farmers in the new rural communities in Shandong province is conducive to our better understanding of the current employment dilemma of land-lost farmers,which is of great significance to help solve the employment of land-lost farmers and promote the development of new urbanization.This paper collects a lot of literature about the new rural communities and the employment of land-lost farmers,and summarizes the research on land-lost farmers,the research on the new rural communities and the research on the employment of land-lost farmers from different perspectives.According to the research content of this paper,the concepts of new rural community,land-lost farmers and employment of land-lost farmers are defined.This paper expounds the guiding theories of the article:marginalization theory,public employment service theory and human capital theory.By searching and analyzing the data of bulletin and statistical yearbook published by the state and Shandong province,we can understand the employment status of land-lost farmers,and analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats with SWOT from the perspective of land-lost farmers.By means of questionnaire survey,the sample survey of land-lost farmers in new rural communities in Shandong province was carried out to obtain first-hand data.Data analysis using SPSS25 statistical software showed that variables such as age,education level and non-agricultural labor income before land-lost affected the employment of land-lost farmers.Through the analysis of the influencing variables,it is found that theemployment policy and employment training are not fully implemented,the development of market economy is not perfect,and the comprehensive quality of land-lost farmers is low.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as implementing the employment policy,carrying out employment training flexibly,developing market economy to promote employment and improving the comprehensive quality of land-lost farmers.
