Research On The Employment Problem Of Land-lost Farmers In The Process Of Urbanization

Urbanization is an inevitable phenomenon of a country's rapid economic development,and China's urbanization has distinct Chinese characteristics.Urbanization development is like two sides of the same coin,promoting economic development while causing farmers to lose land.For farmers,land is an important material of production and life.Once farmers lose land,they will lose employment opportunities and guarantee of life.At the same time,with the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process,land expropriation will be more and more,accompanied by the emergence of a large number of land-lost farmers,who have lost the "employment" that used to live on the land and become non-agricultural employment.However,in this process of transformation,the majority of land-lost farmers in our country have backward employment concept,low cultural quality and weak employment ability.The government is weak in promoting the employment of land-lost farmers.The market environment for employment of land-lost farmers is poor.Above all,the employment rate of land-lost farmers is not high and the employment quality is poor.How to promote the employment of land-lost farmers in the process of urbanization is one of the important issues to solve the three rural issues in China.This paper defines urbanization,land-lost farmers and the employment of land-lost farmers by means of literature research,and uses the theory of career transformation,the theory of public employment service and the theory of human capital as the supporting arguments of this paper.At the same time,this paper takes the city of L as the entry point,conducts field investigation and visits,and issues questionnaires to have an in-depth understanding of the employment status of land-lost farmers in the process of urbanization,and probes into their existing employment problems.It is found that the employment rate of land-lost farmers is low and the employment quality is poor.Narrow employment channels and low employment satisfaction;The employment training effect is poor,the training feedback mechanism is insufficient and so on.Reason analysis mainly from the government,the land-lost farmers themselves,employment market environment three Angle analysis,andcombining the successful experience of other places were put forward to strengthen the government's promoting function of land-lost farmers employment and improve their comprehensive quality of the farmers,improve the land-lost farmers employment market environment countermeasures,trying to provide the feasibility to promote the employment of the farmers in China.
