Study On Employment Security Of Land-lost Farmers

Urbanization is an important trend of social survival and development.From the perspective of urbanization process,in order to carry out urban construction work,expropriation of arable land has become the core way to deal with the problem of land use.In this kind of situation,a large number of landless farmers have emerged.Once farmers lose their land,they are faced with unemployment.Thus,the employment of landless farmers has become a key issue.Most of the peasants' living conditions are quite different after losing their land from before.Some of them did not get employment after losing their land,but they did not engage in production activities at home.After losing their land,the peasants do not get employment and settle down at home to live a idle life.If they go on for a long time,they will have no source of life,and their family income and living standard will gradually decrease,which will not be conducive to the harmonious family and the stable development of society.According to the current situation,we can see that the existing system and security measures are still not perfect,there are still deficiencies,do not play a corresponding role,and the research on the issue of land lost employment security is still of great practical significance.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories and researches of employment security at home and abroad,the paper defines the concept of landless farmers,analyzes the status quo of landless farmers in the process of urbanization,the current employment security policies of farmers and the status quo of employment security of landless farmers in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province,and uses the field survey data of landless farmers in Shaanxi Province,from the perspective of employment security system,government employment security publicity From the perspectives of employment training,employment guidance,employment channels and employment discrimination,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the employment security of land lost farmers in Guanzhong,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employment security of land lost farmers.The specific suggestions put forward in this paper are as follows: first,establish and improve policies and regulations to protect the employment of landless peasants;second,strengthen supervision and management of the main departments responsible for the employment protection of landless peasants;third,the government should provide opportunities for employment training and employment guidance for land lost farmers,and develop a sound training system;fourth,the Internet plus employment service is the way to lose land.Farmers provide more ways of employment guidance;fifthly,strengthen the publicity and education of employment guidance and training for landless farmers,and improve the employment concept of landless farmers;sixthly,strictly supervise the local employment market norms,protect the labor rights and interests of landless farmers,and avoid enterprises from discriminating against landless farmers.In the process of solving this problem,we should pay more attention to practical skills training,expand employment channels,establish a training mode of "Trinity" of training,appraisal and employment,solve the problem of employment discrimination of landless farmers,and build an employment information platform for landless farmers,so that landless farmers can obtain employment information from multiple information channels,and promote the gradual improvement of their living standards Improve and ensure the harmonious and healthy development of society.
