Research On The Employment Of Land-lost Farmers In Beichuan County Under The Background Of New Urbanization

With the rapid development of economy and constantly advance of new-type urbanization,the emergence of land-lost farmers has become an inevitable phenomenon,and the scale has gradually expanded.When their land is expropriated,although they can rely on land requisition compensation to support their basic livelihood in the short term,limited economic compensation does not meet their growing material needs and their basic livelihood is not guaranteed in the long run.As a result,"no land farming,no post employment,no social security," the "three-without vagrants",which will seriously affect the stability and harmony of society.Therefore,strengthening the analysis and research on the employment problem of land-lost farmers is helpful for us to better understand the employment dilemma of land-lost farmers and put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures.This is of great significance to the stability of society and the development of urbanization.Combined with the existing literature,this paper analyzes and summarizes the research situation of new-type urbanization at home and abroad,the employment problems and influencing factors of land-lost farmers,as well as the countermeasures,and defines the relevant concepts and explains the relevant theory.At the same time,taking Beichuan county as an example,this article carries on the questionnaire survey to the Beichuan county land-lost farmer,collecting the information,and analyzes the data with the spss statistical software,obtaining the Beichuan county land-lost farmer employment the main question: low employment level,poor stability;low employment rate,declining income,etc.Analysis of its main reasons: personal,government,market and other influencing factors.From the perspective of new-type urbanization development,this paper puts forward the main measures to solve the employment of land-lost farmers: perfect relevant rules and regulations,protecting the legitimate rights and interests of land-lost farmers;give full play to the leading role of the government and improving the quality of employment service;change their own concept,improving the competitiveness of employment;adjust the economic industrial structure,increasing the capacity of social employment,and so on.The author hopes to provide a reference for Beichuan County to solve the employment problem of land-lost farmers through these investigations and studies.
