Study On Role Disorder Of Social Work Intervention In Cancer Patients

Instead of talking about cancer in the past,people now think of cancer more like a long-term "inflammation",and cancer has entered the ranks of chronic diseases.In the long struggle against cancer,people’s physical,psychological,family and other factors are more tested.At present,the emergence of the bio-psycho-social medical model makes people pay more attention to the "psychosomatic community" of patients.At present,most hospitals still focus on curing cancer patients and pay little attention to the psychological status,family status and other conditions of cancer patients.The emergence of social workers just makes up for the shortage of hospital services.Transition from healthy people for cancer patients for every cancer patient role lifestyle differences,all face obstacles,social interaction and so on all aspects of problems,help cancer patients with the identity change problem,a series of actions and thoughts are cancer patients can improve treatment effect is the necessary condition to adapt to the life.Based on the author’s half-year internship experience in the department of lymphoma,Z specialized hospital,Hubei province,this paper analyzes the status quo of the role disorder of cancer patients through interviews with patients,their families and medical staff,as well as the observation in the department and the query of relevant data.It was found that the personal characteristics of cancer patients,family situation,department environment and other factors will affect the role disorder of cancer patients,and cancer patients generally have role disorder,which affects their treatment and family relations.Then,a cancer patient with prominent role disorder in the department was selected as the research object,and a case work service study was conducted on cancer patients through board structured interview,observation and search of relevant literature.The whole case is divided into five stages,namely,taking over the case and establishing the relationship,sorting out and collecting the subject data and estimation,formulating the service goal and intervention plan,implementing the service plan and reviewing the estimation.At the beginning of the case,the author obtained part of the case owner’s information through the medical staff and the case owner’s care aunt,and then to understand other information and signed the rest of the professional service relationship;In the estimation stage,the social worker sorted out the information of the case owner,analyzed and discussed the current problems of the case owner,searched for the main problems of the case owner,and evaluated the case owner with the mental state assessment scale.In service goal and intervention planning stage,jointly by social workers and director to complete this stage,due to the previous step,a social worker and director have realized the director the main problem is the most emotional problems,and the cognition of their role and one-sided,so decided to adopt the theory of rational emotions help director the mood in one hundred,with the theory of cognitive behavior change director role of obstacles,and designed a 8 times intervention activities,the main use of REBT independent table,learn the correct methods of behavior change egotism unreasonable behaviour and ideas,form a reasonable belief,solve the role.Studies have found that cancer patients often have difficulty learning normative role behaviors after diagnosis,and there are some overt and covert role disorders that have a significant impact on the treatment of patients.Through the intervention of social work cases and the application of related theory to the patient’s condition,characteristics and combined treatment,closely around the patient itself provides appropriate case services,to help cancer patients solve part obstacle,standard part role behavior,improve the treatment effect,enhance their self-confidence,improve the quality of life of patients.At the same time,in the practice process,social workers can reflect on their own and the combination of practice and theory,improve their practical skills and abilities,and provide relevant experience for other social workers.
