Research On The Community Integration Of The Left-behind Old People Involved In The Regional Development Model

Recent years,poverty alleviation and development is the country’s largest political task,poverty engines work have been efforts to achieve the comprehensive construction well-off society,since 2015 to be completed before the end of out of poverty through exploration and joint efforts of relevant departments and individual provinces,countries adopted a change of relocation for poverty alleviation policy assisted the crucial task of poverty.The purpose of relocation is to "uproot the poor" through "moving the poor nest" and "exchanging the poor jobs",and fundamentally solve the problem of poverty alleviation and development of the relocated people.In the process of relocation of poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas,there are some groups who are old and have established their living habits.They have no children to take care of them,so it is difficult for them to integrate into the new community quickly during the relocation process.Left-behind elderly people move into new communities for the sake of better development for their children and grandchildren,otherwise they prefer to live quietly in the village where they have lived most of their lives and have many friends.At present,the lack of relevant policies and laws fails to provide welfare guarantee for the left-behind elderly in the process of poverty alleviation relocation from inhospitable areas.Due to the weakness of the left-behind elderly group,they are more likely to suffer from maladaptation and integration difficulties in the process of migration,which affects the physical and mental health and development of the left-behind elderly in their later years.Based on the change of poverty alleviation and relocation M left-behind elderly in the community as the research object,research on the theory of social capital theory and the guiding ideology,to regional development pattern for interventional technique,on the community into the summary on the basis of the definition of community into the indicators can be divided into three levels,namely,the psychological level,cognitive level and behavior level.The semi-structured interview and participatory observation method were used to investigate the migration of rural villages into M community 52 left-behind old people were surveyed.It was found that in the cognitive level,the left-behind old people in M community had a strong sense of loneliness and a low sense of self-identity.On the cognitive level,the community familiarity is low and the sense of ownership is weak.On the behavioral level,the participation degree of community activities is insufficient and the community communication ability is insufficient.Based on the change of poverty alleviation and relocation M left-behind elderly community needs,based on social capital theory and activity theory as the guiding ideology,the regional development pattern of work method for M left-behind elderly community service intervention into problems,probes into the social work to help change of poverty alleviation relocation left-behind elderly community into,in turn,promote its good physical and mental health,achieve better development.During the exploratory period,social workers approached the community,got familiar with the service objects,gave care,conducted interviews,and formulated service plans.In the mobilization period,a series of activities were carried out to excavate the leaders of the left-behind elderly and to advocate the establishment of elderly volunteers.In the consolidation period,social workers integrate and mobilize community resources,promote the development of elderly volunteers,establish elderly association,enhance their community communication ability and improve their ability to participate in community activities;During the review period,social workers adjusted their roles to assist the elderly association in improving and sustainable operation,so that it can continue to operate after the expiry of social work services and achieve good community integration.This study attempts to summarize the effective service path for the community integration of the left-behind elderly in the relocation community of poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas under the regional development model.First,the Zhuang culture is combined with the urban culture of M community;Second,enrich the community activities of the left-behind elderly to reduce economic pressure;Third,speed up the citizenization process of left-behind old people and promote community integration.
