Research On Development Countermeasures Of The Sustainable Livelihood Relocated From Inhospitable Areas Households In Post-poverty Era ——Take S County Of Liangshan Prefecture As An Example

China is a developing country with a vast area and a complex natural environment.There are great differences in the speed and level of economic development among different regions,especially in some remote and backward mountainous areas,where poverty is concentrated,which makes poverty control more difficult.Relocated from inhospitable areas can effectively control poverty and reduce poverty,and it is an important weapon of development-orientated poverty reduction.With complete victory in the fight against poverty,the people of absolute poverty have been eliminated and the work of poor governance has entered the post-poverty era.In the post-poverty era,relocation of poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas should not only change poverty in space,but also keep the effect of poverty alleviation and truly solve the problem of concentrated poverty..After relocation,we should focus on improving the livelihood capacity of immigrants,keeping livelihood capital sustainable and preventing the trigger of a return to poverty mechanism.In the relocated from inhospitable areas,the scale of the move to Liangshan is large and has achieved remarkable results.There are also many difficulties in solving the problem of sustainable livelihoods of migrants after relocation.Based on the theory of sustainable livelihood,this paper takes S County of Liangshan as a case study to understand the livelihood situation of poverty-stricken households in inhospitable areas through interviews and questionnaires,and focuses on the sustainable livelihood of poverty-stricken households in inhospitable areas.By comparing the data,it is found that the overall stock of livelihood capital in the study area is insufficient,and all kinds of livelihood capital present an unbalanced development trend.Finally,on the basis of understanding the current livelihood capital of families lifted out of poverty which relocated from inhospitable areas and combined with the characteristics of various livelihood capital.Finally,according to the characteristics of the livelihood capital of families lifted out of poverty which relocated from inhospitable areas,enhancing endogenous impetus,improving employment services,improving financial services,bringing in social forces,to establish a complete long-term poverty control system.
