Research On Community Building In Resettlement Sites For Poverty Alleviation From The Perspective Of Acquaintance Societ

As of December 31,2019,a total of 946 resettlement sites and 453,900 housing units have been built in inhospitable areas,and 1.88 million people have been relocated.It is the province with the largest number of people in China,and also an unprecedented feat of poverty alleviation.However,how to do a good job in the "second half article" of the relocation of poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas,that is,how to make farmers from "moving" to "stable and rich",is not only the practice of party committees and governments at all levels,but also the theoretical issue highly concerned by academic circles.This paper is to investigate and study the transformation of the new pattern and the social adaptation path of the relocated farmers from the acquaintance society to the unfamiliar resettlement community from the perspective of the sociological acquaintance society.Generally,the academic circle has many opinions about the "acquaintance society" in traditional rural areas.However,this paper holds that under the "acquaintance society" where Guizhou is inhabited by many ethnic groups for generations,people have strong "three senses",especially "sense of belonging" and "sense of security".The "three senses" were put forward in the report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017,that is,the people’s sense of gain,happiness and security,aiming to strengthen and innovate social governance and promote social stability.based on this,This paper starts with the basic characteristics of the "acquaintance society",A systematic field investigation and research on the social adaptation of the new pattern of the peasant households in the B resettlement community from the acquaintance society to the unfamiliar resettlement community,Found that due to the strangeness and alienation of the cultural environment and the difficulties in the transformation of the production mode,Most of the relocated farmers have the uncomfortable phenomena of different levels,such as the collapse of interpersonal trust and relationship network,the conflict and exclusion of multi-ethnic cultures,the difficulty to adapt from "small-scale peasant economy" to "free economy",the gap and contradiction from "land" to "land loss",and the bondage of landscape "private" to "public".to this end,This paper is based on the elements of "people,literature,land,landscape and production",To comprehensively explore the practical path of building an "acquaintance society" in the B resettlement community from the four dimensions of living pattern,livelihood pattern,social communication,and the transformation of identity,Believe that the formation of a "new acquaintance society" pattern of multi-subject participation and identification,multi-ethnic cultural integration atmosphere,multi-channel livelihood and production motivation,and multi-ethnic characteristic landscape environment,Can solve a series of adaptation problems caused by the transformation from acquaintance society to unfamiliar resettlement community to a large extent,Promote the comprehensive social integration and development of relocated migrants with the help of acquaintance community building,To truly achieve the goal of high-quality development of poverty alleviation relocation from inhospitable areas,To make the people feel happy,sense of gain,More fulfilling sense of security,More secure,More sustainable ones.
