Research On Social Integration Of Relocated Migrants In The Relocated Poverty Alleviation In Yong’an Community Of Lanping County

In the battle against poverty,relocation to alleviate poverty through relocation is of great significance.At present,the relocation of poverty alleviation in different places has achieved a phased victory.In 2023,the No.1 central document of the Central Government proposed to carry out the special action to consolidate the achievements of relocation and poverty alleviation and the special action to help relocated people find jobs.Promoting the social integration of the relocated migrants is an important route to effectively promote the follow-up assistance work.The social integration of immigrants in the resettlement community is not only related to their subsequent development ability,but also has an important impact on promoting the economic and social development of the relocation area and consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation to continue promoting rural revitalization.Therefore,studying the social integration issues of relocated migrants for poverty alleviation in relocation areas has important theoretical and practical significance.This article takes Yong’an Community,a large-scale urban centralized resettlement site in Lanping Bai and Pumi Autonomous County(hereinafter referred to as Lanping County),as the research object.It conducts on-site research on the social integration status of immigrants in the resettlement community from four dimensions: economic integration,life integration,social interaction,and psychological attribution.The study found that the current social integration of the relocated migrants is at a low level,which is reflected in the following aspects: the narrow employment channels and the lack of self-development motivation lead to poor economic integration;The change of living space structure and the imperfection of community management system lead to the low quality of life integration;The slow transformation of immigrant ideology and the current situation of "separation of people and households" have led to the marginalization of psychological belonging.In order to provide some theoretical basis and reference for the follow-up assistance work of relevant departments,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions with reference to the problems it faces.Firstly,cultivate the feasible ability of immigrants and enhance their endogenous development momentum in multiple ways;The second is to build community migration community and effectively improve the efficiency of community governance;Third,take cultural heritage as the center,and expand the scope of social exchanges of immigrants;Fourth,change the concept of immigrants and realize their sense of community belonging.Through the research on the social integration of the relocated migrants who have been relocated to alleviate poverty in different places,it is expected to promote the social integration of the relocated migrants who have been relocated to alleviate poverty in different places in Lanping County,and realize the follow-up sustainable development of the relocated communities and the national unity and prosperity of the local society.
