Research On The Introduction Of Tianjin Regional Culture Into Teaching Chinese As Foreign Language

Recent years Chinese culture teaching plays an increasingly important role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.As part of Chinese culture,regional culture should be introduced into cultural teaching.By doing this,learners who come to China can know the culture of the place where they live and study,and know more about overall Chinese culture.,which help them cultivate cross-culture awareness.As one of Chinese four municipalities,Tianjin province owns rich regional culture,providing a lot of material for Tianjin regional culture teaching.This paper analyzes features of Tianjin culture and explores culture elements can be taught.This thesis takes Tianjin Shijia Courtyard as an example.By using “ele ment-experiencing-element” ways and designing curriculum system including int roduction,experiencing and summarizing,we advocate using scene experience c lass to make students learn Tianjin culture,know more about Chinese culture,be more interested in learning Chinese,and study to think in Chinese way.Chapter one introduces studies about Chinese culture and regional culture,providing theoretical basis for introducing Tianjin regional culture to Chinese culture teaching.Chapter two discusses the importance of regional culture and its benefits to Chinese teaching.Chapter three classifies Tianjin culture and describes the features of it.Chapter four designs an interview for Chinese teacher about the development of Tianjin culture class and a questionnaire for overseas students who stay and study in Tianjin about their attitudes about this class.Chapter five states the disciplines and methods of Tianjin culture teaching and gives some suggestions based on theories.Besides,this part proposes an “elements-experience-elements” teaching method Chapter six designs an “introduction-experience-summary” curriculum system based on an example of experiencing Shi Family Mansion.In the end,we give a summary and review on the whole text.
