Professor Wu Weike is based on the actual situation of students learning Chinese and their learning needs.In the 1990 s,the "Performance Culture Teaching Method" was proposed.He absorbs and integrates the characteristics of communication and listening.Teachers should pay attention to the target language culture and cultural situation teaching,and at the same time can not ignore the learning of language knowledge.The article focuses on the development history of performance culture and takes the behavioral culture in the design target language as the background,and selects the third volume of the intermediate "New Practical Chinese Textbook" as the specific teaching material.Mainly starting from teaching theories and teaching case cases,it sorts out the feasibility and advantages of the combination of cultural teaching and communicative theme teaching.We discussed instructional design for a specific lesson.On the basis of teaching practice,carry out teaching reflection and put forward relevant teaching suggestions.The main content is:In the class of life and communication in Chinese as a foreign language,teachers of Chinese as a foreign language often attach importance to language knowledge and despise cultural knowledge,students do not participate actively in the classroom,and the classroom atmosphere is not active.Students have mastered language knowledge,but they will not apply it to problems such as life communication.In the teaching mode of "Performance Culture",teachers are not blindly teaching language points,but the behavioral culture of the target language.In the practical class,the main content is "physical performance".The special form is novel and interesting for students.The performance culture teaching method helps students memorize the memory of doing specific things in a specific culture,and improves the learners’ oral expression ability.Next,the second aspect is how teachers can better apply pedagogical methods in life and communication classes in international Chinese education.Life communication contains many and complex teaching contents.For example,transportation,food,greetings,etc.These topics play an important role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The rich and diverse language materials provide real and diverse communicative situations for the performance culture.Students can learn and use the target language culture more efficiently by performing the dialogues and contents of daily communication in Chinese as a foreign language.The third part is the lesson plan designed by the author.The content of the text is the etiquette culture of Chinese when dining.The title of the lesson is "Who Will Pay" and design application cases.The teaching content in this part of the text is mainly about Mongolian dining etiquette.The first physical activity is to adapt the content of the text.After completing this lesson,students will truly understand the behavioral culture behind Mongolian dining etiquette.The second is about the school’s canteen.Conduct surveys on our students and interview students.Let them combine the cooking,paying and other activities that they have learned in this lesson with the eating topics in the primary stage,how to order food,etc.At the end of the article,the application of cultural teaching method is embodied,and the teaching reflection and summary are carried out.Through teaching practice,I analyzed and concluded that teachers must investigate and analyze students before performing physical activities.Teachers design physical activity tasks according to students’ actual language level.Teachers will also give feedback to students after they are finished.Teachers should ensure whether the content of the performance is authentic and whether the students have the subjectivity,so as to help them build a third-party space in cross-cultural communication and other teaching suggestions.
