In recent years,with China’s growing influence in the world,Chinese fervour has gradually become popular in the world.More and more foreigners begin to contact and learn Chinese.In the meantime,Teaching of Chinese as a Second Language(TCSL)is also facing new requirements and challenges.Chinese Neologisms are the most active part of the Chinese vocabulary system,which can reflect social changes.Due to the characteristics of the contemporaneity,complexity and instability of Chinese Neologisms,the teaching of Neologisms can not be carried out completely according to the traditional vocabulary teaching.We should fully study the internal characteristics and acquisition rules of Neologisms,and design the teaching of Neologisms in TCSL.For Chinese learners,learning and mastering Chinese Neologisms can help them have a deeper understanding of the word formation methods and combination rules of modern Chinese,expand their vocabulary,improve their Chinese communicative ability,and deepen their understanding of Chinese society and culture.On the whole,we should pay attention to the teaching of Neologisms in TCSL,and make a systematic research on the teaching of Neologisms,so as to promote the development of Neologisms teaching.The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the mastery of Neologisms and learning attitude of Chinese learners through investigation and research,find out the existing problems in the teaching ofNeologisms in TCSL,and put forward corresponding teaching suggestions for these problems,so as to provide reference for the teaching and research of Neologisms in TCSL.This paper investigates Chinese learners’ mastery and use of Chinese Neologisms,their learning attitudes and opinions in the form of questionnaires and interviews.On this basis,it explores the teaching content,teaching principles and teaching methods suitable for the teaching of Neologisms in TCSL,and tries to design the teaching of Neologisms.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the theoretical and practical significance of the topic and the research methods used in this paper,and summarizes the related research results of Chinese Neologisms,the teaching of Neologisms in TCSL and the micro-lecture teaching in TCSL.The second chapter defines the concept of Neologisms,and takes the Neologisms of 2015-2019 as the research object,makes a simple introduction to Chinese Neologisms,and discusses and analyzes sources and characteristics of these Neologisms.The third chapter analyzes the results of questionnaire and interview.This questionnaire and interview mainly focus on the middle and advanced level of Chinese learners to investigate their understand and application of Chinese Neologisms,as well as their attitude and views on the teaching of Chinese Neologisms.Through the analysis of the questionnaire and interview results,it is not difficult to find that most Chinese learners do not use Chinese Neologisms frequently,but they have a positive attitude towards learning Chinese Neologisms,and think it is necessary to learn Chinese Neologisms.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire and interview,we can easily draw a conclusion that it is necessary to promote the teaching of Neologisms in TCSL.Based on the discussion of the necessity of teaching Neologisms in TCSL,the fourth chapter puts forward some suggestions on teaching Neologisms:TCSL teachers need to select suitable new words for teaching,and the selection should follow the principles of positivity,commonness,universality,interest and stability;TCSL teachers should follow the principles of step by step,pertinence and inspiration;In order to achieve the best teaching effect,TCSL teachers can flexibly use direct display method,translation method,situational method,expansion method,inferential method,comparative method and other methods to assist teaching.In the fifth chapter,through analyzes the current situation of teaching Neologisms in TCSL and the characteristics of micro-lecture teaching,we find that micro-lecture teaching with the characteristics of "short class hours,less teaching content,prominent focus,easy to spread" is very suitable for the teaching of Neologisms in TCSL.On this basis,this paper attempts to carry out the micro-lecture teaching design of Neologisms to provide reference for the teaching and research of the teaching of Neologisms in TCSL. |
