Clinical Efficacy Observation Of The Treatment On Stasis Type Acute Scapulohumeral Using Proximal Acupuncture

Objectives Observe the clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients who suffer from stasis-type acute Scapulohumeral Periarthritis using Proximal acupuncture while comparing the pain and shoulder joint function score before and after treatment,hoping it provides more theoretical and practical references for the clinical treatment of the stasistype acute Scapulohumeral Periarthritis.Methods Using a randomized controlled experimental method and strictly following the inclusion and exclusion criteria required by the experiment,74 patients who were diagnosed from December 2019 to December 2020 as stasis-type acute Scapulohumeral Periarthritis in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion of the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shijiazhuang were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(treated by Proximal acupuncture group)and control group(ordinary acupuncture group)using SPSS randomized grouping method,37 cases in each group,and they are all under clinical efficacy observation.Specific operations are as follows.For Proximal acupuncture group,direct needle acupuncture on the points of the Jianyu Jianliao,Jianqian,Quchi,Waiguan,and Hegu,and then perform Proximal acupuncture on sensitive or painful points within about 1 inch off each acupuncture point.For the Ordinary acupuncture group,the selection of acupuncture points are the same as those Proximal acupuncture group,but without Proximal acupuncture.Both groups were treated once a day,7 times as a course of treatment,and the needle was stopped for one day after the course of treatment,for a total of 3 courses of treatment.Through the analysis and comparison of the pain visual analogue scale(Visual analogus scale VAS)and the shoulder joint function score(Constant-Murley CMS)of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,we adopt the shoulder joint function score as the clinical curative evaluation standard and analyze and process the data obtained by SPSS22.0.Results 1 Comparison of VAS scores showed that both of the two groups improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 Comparing the total score of CMS,both groups improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 Comparing the comprehensive clinical efficacy,the effective rates of the Proximal acupuncture group and the ordinary acupuncture group were91.67% and 72.22% respectively.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Proximal acupuncture has a positive effect on the treatment of stasis-type acute Scapulohumeral Periarthritis which can improve the the scores of VAS and CMS,alleviate patients shoulder pain and shoulder joint dysfunction,and improve the clinical efficacy.Figure 1;Table 9;Reference 103...
