| Purpose:Through the clinical research on the treatment of acute periarthritis of shoulder with acupuncture around the Dong GI acupuncture,to observe the clinical effect and to evaluate the therapeutic effect,to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of acute scapulohumeral periarthritis Method:From the outpatient and inpatient department of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital with 60 cases of patients with acute scapulohumeral periarthritis into the standard,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in the treatment group(surrounding acupuncture combined with dynamic acupuncture),30 cases in the control group(conventional acupuncture treatment),1 times / day,7 days for a course,After 2 courses of treatment,the VAS pain scale and Constant-Murley shoulder function score were evaluated,compared two groups of clinical treatment,observation of shoulder pain and functional improvement;.Result:(1)There was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).(2)The data of the two groups were compared with VAS before treatment,and there was no difference in pain score(P>0.05);the VAS score was 2.63±0.85,3.43±0.62,and the control group was higher than that in the treatment group in the post-treatment,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group was more effective in relieving pain.Compared with the control group before and after treatment,P<0.05,indicating that the control group also has effect.(3)The functional score of shoulder joint,including four aspects: pain,daily activity(ADL),shoulder activity(ROM),abduction strength(MMT): The treatment group was better than the control group to the pain of improvment(P<0.05);ADL integral comparison,the two groups of patients after treatment points were 11.40±0.77,10.50±0.90,the former higher than the latter,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group in improving the effect of patients with ADL is more significant than the control group;Compared with ROM,the treatment group score(17.13±1.25)was higher than that of the control group(16.07±1.11),P<0.05,which showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of patients with ROM;In the improvement of MMT,two groups of data comparison showed no difference(P>0.05),indicating that the two methods in improving the patient’s muscle strength MMT,the effect is not obvious.(4)The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups,the total effective rate was 93.3% and 80%,respectively.Ridit test analysis,p<0.05.Showed an improvement in the patients with shoulder pain,joint function and other comprehensive,the surrounding acupuncture combined with dynamic acupuncture effect is better than the traditional acupuncture group.(5)The total course of treatment evaluation,the data of the patients in the two groups were statistically significant difference(p<0.05),which was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group in the treatment of acute periarthritis of shoulder clinical symptoms of the shortest.Conclusion:The treatment of two groups of patients with Acute scapulohumeral periarthritis were effective,but the treatment group was higher than the control group.surrounding acupuncture combined with dynamic acupuncture is better than the traditional acupuncture group,to relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with Acute scapulohumeral periarthritis has a significant effect,can quickly relieve pain and improve shoulder function,shorten the duration of treatment,the effective rate is high.It can be used as one of the methods of treating acute periarthritis of shoulder. |
