Study On The Management Mechanism Of Patients With Severe Mental Disorders In Chaonan District,Shantou City

While the economic and social development in China’s social transition period has substantially improved people’s living standards,problems arising from social stratification and differentiation have also been constantly emerging,and the factors affecting mental health have been increasing day by day.The number of people suffering from mental disorders has been increasing year by year,and various psychological and behavioral problems are more prominent.The number of patients with severe mental disorders in Chaonan District has been increasing year by year,and so far more than 6,000 patients with severe mental disorders have been registered in the district.Especially in recent years due to the basic screening surveillance mechanism is not perfect,inadequate mental health work,weak infrastructure,lack of mandatory medical facilities,treatment assistance system is imperfect,guardianship responsibility carries out the difficult factors,such as lead to leaking pipe to take off in some areas,serious mental disorders(things)to happen from time to tome,hit and cause an accident case become affect public safety hazard.Based on quantitative analysis and with the help of data analysis,collaborative governance theory and other knowledge,this paper conducts empirical research through field visits,questionnaires,key interviews and other means to obtain first-hand real information.Mental disorders at home and abroad for reference,the management mode and practice experience,discusses how to improve the management system for the gripper,improve the coordination and cooperation between diverse management main body,improve the scientific nature and effectiveness of the management of patients,to fight for lax treatment management in patients with injury itself or anti-social behaviour,maintain normal order of social management.Interview method was used to understand the present situation and existing problems of the management mechanism of patients with severe mental disorders carried out at the grassroots level and relevant departments.The questionnaire survey was used to analyze the patients’ guardian’s performance of guardianship and their needs.On the basis of empirical study,and study the current Chaonan area with severe mental disorders management existence question and reason,put forward the perfect Chaonan area with severe mental disorders management mechanism countermeasures,namely,increasing financial investment,improve the network management mechanism,strengthen the knowledge of mental health and security policy propaganda,build taking patients as the center,to the community as a platform,seven in place-screening find work report in place,the community follow-up,patients,treatment of risk controls in place,aid in place in place,family care,rehabilitation guidance multiple subject management mechanism.
