Research On Optimization Of Comprehensive Management Of Mental Health In Qionghai City From The Perspective Of Multivariate Collaborative Governance

With the rapid development of economy and society,the pace of life is obviously accelerated,psychological stress factors are increasing,and the incidence of various mental health problems and mental illness are gradually increasing.Mental health problems have become a major public health problem and a prominent social issue in China,which involves the happiness index of people’s lives and also affects the further development of society and economy.From the perspective of multiple collaborative governance,this article optimized the comprehensive management of mental health in Qionghai.Firstly,we analyzed the theory of multiple coordinated governance in mental health,and considered that it is necessary and feasible to introduce the theory of multiple coordinated governance in the field of mental health.Then we described the pilot work of comprehensive mental health management in Qionghai.Based on the analysis of the existing problems and reasons,it is considered that there are major problems in Qionghai,such as the inadequate government service guarantee mechanism,the slow development of the rehabilitation service system,the existence of "lock-up" phenomenon and the serious social discrimination.The main reasons for these problems are:firstly the lack of government’s leading role,secondly the low participation of social organizations,and thirdly the lack of family custody responsibility and social cognition.Finally,combined with the advanced experience of comprehensive management of mental health at home and abroad,we optimizes the comprehensive management model of mental health.And from the dimensions of government,social organization,other subjects,we propose countermeasures to optimize the comprehensive management of mental health in Qionghai:Firstly,we should establish a long-term mechanism of coordinated governance among government departments,improve the network of mental health services,promote treatment and relief work in an all-round way,and improve relevant policies and regulations.Secondly we should create a favorable policy environment for the development of social organizations and strengthen the self-construction of social organizations;Thirdly we should implement family guardianship responsibilities and build family support system.Furthermore we should widely publicize and strengthen the public opinion to eliminate social discrimination.The purpose of this study is to provide some references for the relevant decisions and practices of mental health management in Qionghai and even the whole country,and to provide some help for guiding the development of mental health in China and building a new model of mental health management.
