Research On Management Strategies Of Patients With Severe Mental Disorders In Heilongjiang Province

With the development of the economy,the society is moving forward and the population is increasing,the significant changes in the family structure,the increasing social competition,the gradual speeding up of modern life,the pressure on social life and family life is increasing.The prevalence of mental illness has increased significantly.The mental illness caused by the Dutch act,troublemaking caused the attention of the whole society of mental illness.Now mental health has become an important issue in strengthening public health management.According to the statistical yearbook of health and Family Planning Commission,now our country's disease burden ranks first in the list of mental illness.According to the status of mental health service in Heilongjiang province in recent years,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of mental health service in Heilongjiang Province,and expounds the fund input,construction of special hospitals and community mental rehabilitation services in the aspects of mental illness analysis,central subsidized local serious mental disorder management and treatment projects,and the community mental health rehabilitation services.To the relevant departments to strengthen the management of mental health to provide a reference for the development of mental health in our province to contribute their own contribution.This paper puts forward suggestions for solving the above problems from the management mode of China and developed countries.
