Objective:Through experimental study,this paper summarizes the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion on abdominal pain in patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis ovarian cancer,and provides a safe and effective method for the treatment of abdominal pain in patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis ovarian cancer.In order to provide ideas and reference for the development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology.Methods:From December 2019 to March 2021,70 patients with abdominal pain of cold coagulation and blood stasis blood stasis type ovarian cancer were selected,Using random numbers,The subjects were randomly divided into control group,test group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intelligent pain therapy apparatus,A daily exposure to abdominal pain,For 30 minutes,Seven days as a course of treatment,A total of two courses of treatment for 14 days.The experimental group used traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion treatment,To give abdominal pain of traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion treatment,Once a day,For 30 minutes,Seven days as a course of treatment,A total of 14 days of two courses of treatment(every 7 days to replace the mud).Using McGill pain scale,KPS score(Kjeldahl functional status score),QOL score(quality of life score of tumor patients)and TCM syndrome score scale to evaluate the two groups before and after intervention,According to TCM symptom grading quantification integral curative effect judgment standard,As an indicator of efficacy,All data entry SPSS22.0 statistical software,Statistical analysis of the data,Draw conclusions.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the general data before intervention McGill the pain scale,the total score,the KPS scorethe,QOL score and the TCM syndrome score(P>0.05),and the basic data before intervention were comparable between the two groups.2.In the two groups of patients’ intervention,the scores of McGill pain scale(except for the control group’s visual simulation dimension)and total score,KPS score,QOL score,waiting score comparison and TCM syndrome score were of statistical significance(P<0.05).3.In comparison between post-intervention groups,the McGill pain scale score and total score,KPS score,QOL score and TCM syndrome score between the control group and the test group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.intelligent pain therapy instrument and traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion are helpful to improve abdominal pain symptoms and quality of life of ovarian cancer patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis type.2.traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion is better than intelligent pain therapy instrument in improving abdominal pain symptoms and quality of life of patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis type ovarian cancer.It has certain clinical significance.
