Clinical Observation On Drug Moxibustion Combined With Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of herbal moxibustion combined with moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,so as to provide theoretical basis and treatment methods for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods:From April 2017 to December 2018,35 patients with primary dysmenorrhea diagnosed as cold coagulation and blood stasis were observed and collected in the gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.After three menstrual cycles were treated with medicinal moxibustion,the scores and therapeutic effects of TCM syndromes,VAS and dysmenorrhea symptoms before and after treatment were observed.SPSS 17.0 was used for data statistical analysis.Results:Of the 35 patients with primary dysmenorrhea due to cold coagulation and blood stasis,3 cases fell off during the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles.TCM syndrome curative effect: the TCM syndrome score after treatment is less than that before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05),and the total effective rate is 90.63%.VAS curative effect: VAS score after treatment is less than that before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the total effective rate is 93.75%.Clinical effect of dysmenorrhea: the symptom score of dysmenorrhea after treatment is less than that before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the total effective rate is 90.63%.Conclusion:1.The combination of medicinal moxibustion and moxibustion has a significant clinical effect on primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation andblood stasis type.2.In the combination method of medicinal moxibustion,the oral prescription "Wen Bao Zhi Tong Yin" can warm the meridians and dispel cold,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,and the combination with "Medicated Moxibustion No.2 Prescription" has definite curative effect in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and has obvious advantages in improving the overall effective rate of diseases,alleviating the degree of dysmenorrhea,improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.3.The combination of medicinal moxibustion and moxibustion is effective and convenient in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,which is easy to be accepted by patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
