| Objective: Reproductive activity of human beings are regulated by endocrine and immunity. Menopathy caused by syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis include hypomenorrhea, delayed menorrhea, menostasia and so on. The aim of this experiment is to analyze the relationship between changes of cytokine and ovarian function, reveal the pathogenesis of menopathy caused by syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis, and explore the regulatory mechanism of modified decoction for warming meridian. It will provide theoretical and experimental base for the research of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.Method: 60 depuratory and healthy SD female rats with normal estrous cycle(4~5days),3-month in age, 230±20g in body weight,were divided into 6 groups randomly, normal group,model group,low-dose group,middle-dose group, high dose group,control group. There were 10 rats in each group. Normal group were raised by routine feed. The other five groups were kept in water of 0℃~1℃once per day to duplicate the model of cold coagulation and blood stasis. |
